OHH! LOVE IT! I really like the way the bubbles are controlled and the camera movement! Nice work ^^
This game reminds me of those mobile ads, but just 10000000x better! Absolutely phenomenal presentation! I was completely immersed in the wonderous and mystical feel of the game, while also getting that sense of competition when beating some levels and killing some enemies. For feedback (and I'm being REALLY nitpicky because this game was just so awesome), I would suggest making the player movement more responsive, as sometimes the player felt sluggish and a little unresponsive. Aside from that, this was absolutely incredible. WELL DONE!
Beautiful game and definitely on theme. It's a little on the easy side, which is probably deliberate since the game is clearly intended to be casual and relaxing. Definitely a jam highlight in terms of presentation.
One of the best games in this game jam! I love the music and graphics, particles, puzzles, everything! Would LOVE to see more! But maybe you could use a different font, i think this is arial, which doesn´t look that good. But other than that, great! I hope the feedback helped you, it would be nice if you could check out my submission too. :)
I loved this game! The story and tutorialization through the text on the side of the stage was very cute and felt like the environment was your friend. The concept is simple and really well executed and made more intricate through complex puzzles and combat. This was really well done! Great game!
Cool game, the fighting could use either more input from the player or it should be easier to avoid them sometimes. Especially 1 on 1 is just waiting and rolling dice. Apart from that it's a cool concept and your messages on the side the field tell a good story. A great first entry
One of my favourite games this jam. The minimalistic style looks great, the camera work is fantastic. I love the idea of combat system. But needs more levels with more difficult puzzles. But for the first finished project (Just like mine) it's fucking amazing
Wow really nice aesthetic, great presentation!
I love the camera work too, really nice.
Over a super soothing and smooth presentation, nice work! I found the atmosphere along with the text to be pretty meditative and I'm wondering if you'd try to push a narrative with it if you added more levels, I think that would be awesome. One thing I was confused on was the combat system, I don't know if I missed it in the tutorial but it seems a bit random and a couple times I'd lose 1v1 fights and wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong.
really cool game!! I enjoyed it so much! really nice smooth camera movement and so satisfying levels!
Really polished game! :) I enjoyed it a lot. I especially liked the level with those tough enemies.
First off, and most importantly, congratulations on your first entry to a game jam and finished project! You have all the reasons to be proud of the work you've done and hopefully more jam games come out from here on out!
And I must say, for a first jam entry, this was fantastic! 👏 I really liked the polished presentation with the smooth and dynamic camera, the screenshake, chromatic aberration and all of the other little effects that you've added that give the minimalistic aspect of the game as more smoothed-out presentation, and it does wonders!
The gameplay implementation was also pretty good! It's not the first time that I see marbel-like mechanics, but the mixture of pushing around blocks with them and converting the red atoms into atoms of your own was pretty neat! I really liked the introduction of the big red atoms with 50 health, and I really liked the buttons that you need to have a certain number of atoms to press. A pretty good toolkit of level design elements that I certainly look forward to see implemented in the post-jam version.
The only thing I'd highlight specifically is that I felt movement was a bit choppy at times, especially dragging the cursor around. I'm not sure if that's because of it being a WebGL build. That apart, I mostly feel that it could have used just a lil'bit more game mechanic and level variety, but for a first game jam, again, it was a fantastic job. Thank you for making this, and hope to see more of it soon! Cheers! 🐳
Thank you very much!
Yes my movement system is a bit jerky and implies the camera to act a bit weird, I couldn't fix that in time but I will work it out before a full release!
I tried to inject as much game mechanics as Mark teached me throughout his videos and tried to stay as basic as possible. Hope you'll get the final version though!
Thanks again for your feedback!
This is so refreshing. Laidback vibes and very satisfying to sweep in with a horde of blue guys and wreck the place. Nicely done!
The aesthetic of the game is absolutely beautiful, I love how polished it looks! The gameplay is quite relaxing, and goes very well with the bg music. Good work! :D
This is really great! The presentation is awesome and I love what you did with the tutorial and storytelling being on the side of the building. The pacing is perfect and the interactions and challenges are really good!
