Hello! I think it's fun for a game jam game, I still want the dash to be able move through gap tho haha

Thanks ! and yeah definitely wanted that too, but we didn't get the time to !

Developer

You will be glad to hear that as soon as the voting period ends, the updated version already lets you dash across gaps!

I was zooming around with all those speed boosts, also liked the sound effects for charging a shot a lot

Heh thanks ! and yeah first time doing it all by mouth, never gonna change back to real sounds again :D

Developer

Thank you very much for playing! That's me doing the charge sound with my mouthy-mouth

I'm a great Hades fan, so you can see why I would love this game so damn much.  I like the visual style you went with and the fact that you recorded sounds of your mouth as sound effects. I'm just curious about one thing: does it matter whether you choose the red or white door? or is it just for having a visual difference?

By the way, try out me and my buddy's submission. It ain't much but it's an honest work.

Thanks ! and yeah means a lot that you love this if you've played Hades :D and at first different portals were meant to have different outcomes, like a higher risk higher reward thing, but yeah gamejam timer hit us hard :D We might update the game later on !

Developer(+1)

I see you all Hades fans, I see you. And there is no difference now, but stay updated on the game because it will matter once we release the 1.1!

I found an exit! Lol. Really fun. Challenging. Mentally challenging. This is my favorite playstyle in Hades: Sit back and snipe outside their aggro range.

Thanks ! and yeah I've noticed a way to get out aswell, didn't have the time to fix it unfortunately :p might do it for a future update though !

Developer

Snipe ftw! Collisions will be fixed with the coming update, you'll have to find some new exploits :)

I found a way to escape the map!

Thank you ! :D And yeah unfortunately we didn't have much time to playtest all possible ways out, sorry about that ! But you can somewhat try to get back in the same way you got out haha
