Well, I managed to complete this game somehow haha. I think the concept is fine, just need more work on the execution. Good job!
Here's some note :
- Like other mention, camera issues. Put into simple side scroller camera and I think it will work.
- Level design, changing the level without any notice is really dangerous for player haha
That's really good! The best part is when you learn the pattern of the randomizer! Man, I already feared that this gonna be Minecraft seed map searcher simulator or something haha.
Here's some note from me :
- Sometimes item is flying when you enter, but ehh... that just minor stuff
- I can see some people gave up when trying to learn the pattern, because I nearly one of them lol
- The solution for that is... I'm not sure either. Maybe 12 randomizable things are too much for first timer?
Good job! There's amount of strategy here and there, but I'm still unable to finish this game because I was salty with the dices haha
Here's some notes from me :
- At first I thought I can stack up dices multiple times for an action (6 + 6)
- Is low dices also make your dices low too?
- Balancing. If this game is using pure random, then I think it can't be helped. I suggest using controlled random (I forgot what people call this most of the time haha)

Oooof this is soo banger game, especially the music! I feel that recalling your split is more important rather than dodging, but I think that just me. Also, when I first started this, I don't know that I can move the player until I read the controls haha. Otherwise, this is very good game! Good job!
Hello, for anyone who trying my game, I like to ask to you about it, I really appreciate it if you answer my question :
- What do you think about synchronous movement? Do you think it was a good idea?
- What do you think about synchronous movement paired with first person camera? Is it confusing?
Please post your answer in the comment, I'll try your submitted game too
Thanks!
Well good job, I think it's polished.
But there's something that I think it need to be fixed.
First, the learning curve. You should make a level design that can give player a Indirect Tutorial. Try this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZH2wGpEZVgE
Second, the hook mechanic. Your game have great core mechanic for your game foundation. But unfortunately, I think the control is clunky and not really practical. I think it should be : 1) Click to hook, 2) Hold to swing, 3) Release click to release hook. Try playing Spiderman or Tomba 2's grappling hook. And I think it should use Spike everytime the player swinging
That's it, happy developing :)
