I LOVE the aestetics!
Playing it was a bit confusing but I still enjoyed it

Good job!

Developer

I’m glad you enjoyed!

The rendering and low poly art-style was really cool. I think the gameplay is interesting but it takes quite a bit to ramp up.

I think as other suggested, you might need to have a look at balancing the cost a bit differently.

Congrats on submitting! Cool game!

Developer

Thanks!

Cool concept, and great art. I think having someway to rotate the map would help a lot with setting posts. You could plan out your grid a little better if you could see all of the ground since right now building will block part of it. Otherwise great game!

Developer

Thanks! rotating sounds like a great idea.

The game has potential! A little buggy I would say. Other than a few things, the game is perfect, Appreciatable art work

Thanks! I think it needs a lot of tweaking myself, but I appreciate the feedback!

Waiting for its better version after the Jam :)

Nice game with a really cool art style. I can see promising gameplay, unfortunately it took me quite a while until it worked for me. Just a suggestion for future projects, as each pole cost a 100 points it unfortunately took so long to generate them, the pole started burning before I could buy a new one. Maybe the cost could start lower and increase over time, or the cost could be generated based on the build distance

Developer

Yeah. getting the first couple of posts takes a while, but once you have a bunch, you can start placing them down every few seconds. Also, I know, if you get a fire on your first one, you have to start over, and I should do something about that. Thanks for playing though, and I appreciate the feedback.

Developer

Love your game by the way.

Couldn't get it to play, froze during the very first text box.

Yeah, I had the same problem. Pressing space got it to disappear, but then I didn't know how to play afterwards

Developer

Morture1, there are better instructions on my itch.io page, and I know, the game is kinda confusing and janky, and I had to instruct my brother before he could play it.

Developer

Did you press space to start the game?

Submitted

I did, it gave me 120 coins, I clicked on the box in the lower right, then I had 20 coins, but nothing happened and I couldn't do anything else.

Submitted

Ok, managed to hook up a post to a house with some trial and error, then slowly generate coins... then buy another post that did nothing.  There's clearly some promise here, but right now the interface is too imprecise.

Developer (1 edit)

yep. It’s not very self-explanatory. You need to get to position yourself before buying a post, and there is a certain length limit for the power lines, which isn't indicated by anything.

It' s a whole complete game with 3d - in 2 hours .Very nice keep going

Developer

Thanks! I really appreciate it!

Actually I have seen this art somewhere before

That is a neat concept that may wort to develop further with more interaction. The art style is cute, keep working on the idea you got something!

Developer

Thanks!
