There was not a lot to do while the human was standing (I'd love to see more mechanics, perhaps in the future?), but it's a nice idea, and an adorable one. Good job!
I think the most charming part about this is how the dog controls so badly, but it's perfectly mimicking how a small dog would run around outside! The way you constantly do short dashes around and are quickly peeing between dashes is spot on my friend. Yeah the sniffboxes are a bit annoying, but on the hole I enjoyed my time with this simple game and is definitely a more fleshed out exploration of the connected via rope idea that many devs here went with.

Cute! I couldn't really tell if sniffing did anything, but it was fun peeing on everything. Especially my owner's leg when they pulled my leash in all the way. SCREW YOUR LEASH MAN I DO WHAT I WANT!
Sniffing an object before you mark it makes it worth more points... unless it's your person's leg. You still don't get any points for that. And might even be... a naughty dog.
Maybe ask Naughty Dog for publishing hahah
This was honestly so cute!! The dog was such a good dog, sniffing things, barking... The art is really nice and I like the tiny sound effects. Just one little bit of feedback, the controls are great and really tight, but some of the "interaction areas" of the items are a bit precise, and it feels like you need pixel precission to get them, so maybe they could be a bit more forgiving. Apart from that, the game was fantastic and I could see myself playing this on train rides. Awesome submission!! 🐶

Really interesting concept! I thought it was funny the owner would just drag the dog while he was sitting and that he could move while sitting lol

I was a good boy!! Wow really great idea and fits the theme perfectly. Really nice little dog simulator. Still didn't figure exactly what sniffing is for, I did see the exclamtion come up a few times and tried barking but not sure if that does anything. Still very enjoyable. Great idea and implementation!
Glad you enjoyed it! If you sniff an item before you mark it is worth more points. I was going to have animals and other items you could bark at for points, but ran out of time before I could implement it. I felt that the bark was fun though, so I kept it in.

This was a really original idea! The only problem is there's not much to do. Maybe you could have made it so that you have to collect bones or something. It was really creative though, so I still liked it.
Glad you enjoyed it! I wanted something that was easygoing, but if you want a real challenge try sniffing and marking all the flowers to max out your score.
