Very nice! Totally different from the entries I've played so far. I love how the fish basically just do their own thing while you get to mess around in the background. At times I did wish there was a little more to it, but that doesn't stop it from being a fun little project. Nice work!

Great take on the theme, good job! Never seen a rithm game portrayed in this way!

Great take on the theme. I would like to see full game with your concept.

Thank you! Yes i would be interesting, for now the closest thing we have is to learn a instrument and learn to improvise, but i heard the skill floor for that is too high, hope they patch it soon!

Perfect rhythm game under the sea. I love being the musician in this game. I spent 30 minutes playing.

Developer

Wow i never imagined that the famous bigu would play my game, when is your next game coming?

wow this is such a cool idea! It's so original and playful. I love it.

I need to show this to my brother who made music for our submission, I bet he'll love it too lol

I'm a sucker for rhythm games, and I think few are the games that play with the idea of the player doing the music, and I think the main mechanic was executed in a great way. It could be a "me" thing but I just there was or a different justification for the player to be the one making the music (so, for example, the "main" game could be a rhythm game but the musician decided to play the game as switched places with you) or the changes on the song having more impact on the environment. Overall, I appreciate the concept, the visuals and how simple the main mechanics look (and I can imagine how hard it was to implement). Good work :)

Thank you so much for the detailed message, I really appreciate it! So actualy every time a fish gets eaten it changes the harmony and the scales(o the next bar), but i kinda unnoticeable :(

This has a good vibe. Kind of reminds me of Electroplankton. If you ever expand on the idea, it would be cool to have other levels with different tempi or keys.

Developer

Thank you! YES  Electroplankton and my looper pedal were my inspiration. I should have randomized the tempo now that you say it, would have been easy to implement!

I loved this game, simple but on point. Nice concept, nice execution, I kept fiddling around and creating new beats. Was a lot of fun, good job!

Developer
