I loved the art, music, and sfx. Also, pretty great execution of the concept!

Fun game idea! I think it might be interesting if the knight was maliciously dumb like running towards aliens so then the player would have to not only put the aliens in the knight's attack range but also make sure the knight doesn't get themselves killed

Developer

Thanks! And thank you for the idea!

Wow, can't believe I found a Scratch game here! This is a really well made game. The animations are superb. I wish that there was perhaps a little more challenge, maybe multiple players you needed to help, but I get that there was of course a time limit. It looks great, good job!

Developer

Thank you so much! It gets hard later, but not until far into the double digits. I got scared that it would be too hard right before submitting it and made some last minute changes. Those annoying end-of-jam jittery feelings, am I right?

Submitted

Ah yes, I know that feeling lol :)

Didn't expect to see a Scratch game. It's kinda slow to play and not intuitive at first, but I like the art.

Developer

Thank you! I agree. It speeds up later, but the slow intro is too long, especially on repeat playthroughs.

I wasn't able to control the alien on the first playthrough, after refreshing the page it started working.  It's a fun idea and love all the pixel art!

Developer

Thank you!

Really cool idea! I love the 3d effect, it reminds me of those sega genesis games. The only suggestion I have is the ability to control an alien then uncontrollable him, that way if there are too many enemies trying to attack the player, I can one by one quickly get them away.
Congrats on submitting. (the fact that you can make such amazing games in scratch stil amazes me)

Developer(+1)

Thank you! That's a great suggestion! I think in a post jam version I might allow you to release your aliens using the spacebar or something. Congrats on submitting, too!
