How does your game fit the theme?
The theme for the jam was "Roles reversed", so I took the genre of platformers where you avoid dynamic obstacles, such as the hit indie game "Will you Snail" (hence the name of the game), and flipped it on its head: In this game, you take the role of stopping the Player, by placing obstacles, instead of trying to avoid them.

Such a sweet puzzle game! You made it look really good with this artstyle! More mechanics can definitely be added to make the puzzles more challenging and diverse - would love to see it grow into something even bigger.
Thank you for the positive feedback! Nice pun :D
Amazing art and a great choice of color palette. The idea is good and executed well. Good job.
Glad you liked it!
Really nice looking game! The take on the theme was cool and I could totally see it grow into a full blown game. The tutorial was really well explained and the pictures helped a lot.
I personally solved the bug in level 3 by placing the reverse arrow just below the right pot.
I felt that the start of each level was a bit abrupt and I couldn't react to what was happening so I would always lose in my first try. Maybe waiting a bit before starting the level can help the player to make a plan and try to predict what's going to happen instead of watching it instantly.
Really cool game!
Your message is really motivating, thank you for playing!
Really loved this. Its a pity there are some bugs around, but I think this is pretty typical for a game jam, so keep up the good work!
Glad you liked it :D
Really good presentation and concept. The levels start a bit quick in that i felt like i needed one attempt just to see whats going on and then one to beat it. A few seconds before the plant starts moving would be nice. Great work.
Thank you for your feedback! A couple of people suggested that the plant waited a couple of seconds before starting to walk so I will add it.
Cannot get past the first level with the bomb. Also there is way too much text at the beginning. A game should be able to teach the player its mechanics without that much text. Apart from that its pretty good!
Thanks for your feedback!
really cool game its sad that there is bugs
Yeah it is unfortunate. Thank you for playing though!
Cute game! Unfortunately it crashed on level 5 so I couldn't continue, but until then the game was pretty fun! Though I would change the font a bit because it was pretty hard to read. Good job overall!
Thank you for your feedback!
Crashing on level 5 also happened to me and it’s really strange… I’ll try to fix it. Glad you liked it though!
Very fun game! I love the inspiration to will you snail!
Thank you!
Well done ! It's a nice take on the jam's theme. I really love the overall responsiveness. The bugs were a little annoying ; I wasn't able to complete all levels and then I surrendered. Like other players said before : it's sad that you weren't able to implement the music. I hope you'll find time to do that later.
I like that kind of simple but effective art. Everything was very easy to understand.
I'm glad you liked the art!
This is my first Godot game so it's on the buggy side, there are some really weird bugs that I couldn't fix.I think I'll release a patch with music and more.
I love myself some plants with pants.
Very good, even if it is a bit incomplete. It's a nice experience!
Pants with plants :)
I do have some things I wanted to implement but since this is my first Godot game I didn't have time to implement them unfortunately.
Great art and great concept, but the audio seemed to not work.
Also level 8 is ridiculous. The collision on the last arrow would never work, making it feel very unresponsive. Also, there are times where the plant would go in a pot, jump out, die, then I would get the restart level screen. I loved the concept but these bugs are really game breaking.
Thank you for your feedback.
Since this si my first Godot game, even though I made all the audio, I didn't have time to implement it.
Level 8's second arrow does indeed have VERY wonky collisions and I have no idea why. I'll try to fix it but I'm really stumped.
Fun game! Audio could make it even better
Glad it was fun!
Since this si my first Godot game, even though I made all the audio, I didn't have time to implement it.
Extremely fun game, animation and art were phenomenal. I spent so long trying to beat level 8 despite the claim that it was impossible and I can confirm it is indeed impossible LOL. Despite already being great, audio would've made it 10x better
Thank you for your feedback!
I almost beat level 8, but it's way too hard.
Since this si my first Godot game, even though I made all the audio, I didn't have time to implement it.
Fun and unique take. Animation and art were satisfying. Good job. Wish the bombs had a big boom animation.
Super happy you liked it :)
The bombs do have some boom particles, but they don't show when the game lags unfortunately.
Great game! The puzzles were a great level of difficulty for me! I liked that it was more about puzzle solving than speedy reactions. The instructions were clear, and the transitions made everything feel polished. Nice work!
I spent a lot of time designing the first few levels, so I'm glad you enjoyed them! Congrats on submitting too :D
Really great game, I would've really liked audio, I feel like it would have made the game even better, but it was super fun!
Unfortunately, since this is my first Godot gem, I didn't have time for audio. Thanks for your feedback!
Fun concept! The visuals are very clean too.
Perhaps it would have been nice to have a short delay before the plant moves so you can take in the level, but it's so quick to restart that that wasn't too much of an issue!
Thank you for playing!
That's a good idea, I'll definitely implement it.
