This game is driving me crazy but I love it. -_- = <3
Thanks for submitting this to the stream! Sorry I kinda rage-quit this one.
Played on stream! See the video for timestamp.
I really liked it! It has a simple yet fun concept. At first I found it rather confusing but at the end I got the hang of it. The only thing I would change is the art but all in all, Well Done!
You didn't lie when you put "A very difficult" in the description.
I have to agree with other commenters, that E button for swap wasn't the best call, although after a while I didn't have that much problem with it, you often use E in FPS games after all.
The game is exactly what it promieses and utilizes a role swap or even a world swap I would say to its fullest in terms for the mechanics. Of Course the graphics are simple and ms-paint like (probably even just made in mspaint) but they got a charm to them, and I will be 100% I wouldn't be able to draw that myself, even if I spent the whole 48 hours on it :P
Good job
Cool rage game! The platforming was really challenging, didnt get to finish it, but got pretty far I believe
Swap button as an icon? Switch to correct form depending on checkpoint. *thumbs up!
It took 20 minutes but I beat it! Great first jam entry, glad I got play it :)
Nice game!
Nice use of the theme to make a game with a familiar and fun concept. I've seen others say it, and I'll echo: Having more control options would have been nice, as platforming with WASD and also needing to often tap E is really awkward, but overall that's a minor complaint when something is made in a crunch.
Nice game and interesting swap concept. I like the art of the deamon :-) .
I had a bit of trouble controlling the movements. Its a little bit like sliding on ice.
A level overview would be nice too.
Thanks for submitting your game to the stream! If you wanted to look at the vod again in the future here it is timestamped to your game
Got back to where I was on stream (after accidentally hitting new game as well) and then fell down and hit the same checkpoint further back in the course that I did before haha. Havent gotten past the one checkpoint I was stuck on yet but may try some more later once I get some more time
Cute game! I like the fact that you can swap platforms around, maybe I'd put the swap buttons not on the E since it's too close to wasd and kinda hard to swap, but still, that might also be my skill issue hahaha
Good job!!
Nice game, love that art style :3
Nice rig for the characters! The wackiness is part of the appeal! The hitbox on the clouds was a bit wonky since the puff vs. the box is about the same color, but the hitbox is really just the box- just something that often threw me off in the precision sections!
Love me a platformer. There are a lot of places you could take the heaven/hell mechanic. Neat.
Goated, I liked the concept and it fits the theme well!
ez clap
rekt:
I struggled a bit with figuring out how the game worked exactly, but when I figured it out the level is quite fun to get across! Good use of the different physics of the characters, be those physics intentional or unintentional!
Damn this game is waaaaay more fun than it has any right to be. The artstyle is wacky but its kinda fun. I love how the soundtrack switches back and forth.
Not bad, but I would've been willing to spend a lot more time trying to beat this game if the swap button was literally any other key
yeah xD changing it never crossed my mind but now it seems obvious
