Game fits the theme very well, and has a creative idea. Since you are basically lakitu from the Mario kart games, I wasn't able to get very far because of issues with the scene being bigger than the screen showed it being so certain things were impossible to reach. The game and idea were very fun nonetheless.

Great kart management game! I went with a very similar but third person approach. I like how you did the item refilling. It was top of my list for next features.

Fun concept! Felt a little slow at times - might work better if the cars and cloud both moved faster to make it more chaotic? Nicely done though :)

I liked the story & theme and I liked how the difficulty naturally progressed as the races went on because the racers are further apart!

Fun concept, I like the story as well

I liked the idea and was funny but it have some problems/bugs that ruined my first try (the rest was really good):
Good thing:
- It's realy funny the point and click like rts, i think that is the better movement for this type of game.
- The cars seems to focus exactly what they need to win and is well planned.

things that can be improved;

- In his WebGL version you miss the top part of the screen (you need to put in the page more resolution for webGL) making  a little claustrophobic.

- I Had a bug in my first try where all screen turned red and doesn't change between lvls/cinematics
