Nice game! It's a good take on the theme and well done. Three things I'd like to say though, firstly more units for the defender and the offender please! Secondly, the pixels of the art don't match and some are blurry. And finally if you're making a WebGL build there's no need to have a quit button, just have a restart button instead. Well done!

Starts off fun, but as you snowball, it just gets impossible. 8/10

The enemy scaling though… I clicked on the button too fast, and suddenly towers all over the map.
Need more unit types
the towers spawning is not because of too many button presses or something like that, but rather because of a timed event which checks if the enemy AI got enough money to buy some more towers every few seconds and then trys to buy some. you are correct, we should have communicated that more clearly and maybe even spawn a few right the moment the player hits the start button, instead of delaying it. thank you very much for you feedback!
Fun idea that fits the theme very well.
It would be nice to have some additional gameplay while the guys are running for the castle. Now you just have to wait it out until they die.

additional unity like a giant with double the health and additional towers were planned, sadly we had to scale down our vision to the most essential items because the limit development time. someone else also suggested a speed up button, which is a pretty neat idea and would probably fix this waiting game issue :D Thank you very much for your feedback!

i had the same exact idea, but didnt finished on time, it is a fun game, though if you dont beat it at the start it becomes impossible.

Dude!! This is so fun! Great idea. I wish there were some more of these out there. There was an old one on AddictingGames called "Anti TD" I remember having a lot of fun with. Fun idea. Good presentation. And I didnt experience any bugs!

Another pretty neat tower defense flip! (I made one too btw lol)
The art and theming all work pretty well together, and the gameplay functions decently well, although the pacing of the game itself was pretty awkward. The units felt like they moved very slowly, but after getting 3 guys to the castle I suddenly got 114 gold and beat the game after sending out a second wave lol. It felt too slow, but too fast at the same time, which I think could be easily fixed if you further develop this concept.
Had a good time with it overall though! It's a perfectly functional reverse tower defense, and a pretty good base if you ever decide to build on it ^^

Nice Thumbnail, it gets a bit boring after you spend all your money when you have to wait until your troops died, but still nice Visuals and nicely executed Game!
