Very good game, only think I have is that ghosts sometimes get buggy and dont go where they should.
Great game and good job. :)
Well done, had a lot of fun with this!
cool execution of idea!
Well done!!! The game works great and is fun to play!
This was great, amazing job for executing such a complex idea this well in a short amount of time!
The idea of controlling multiple characters at once in a game has existed for a long time, yet no one ever seems to find a good way of implementing it. You managed to solve the problem flawlessly by turning it into more of a strategy game. Being able to pause and direct the ghosts allows you to control all of them at once, all the time, without ever having to sacrifice accuracy or reaction time. For example, if you say had 16 buttons on the keyboard, or 4 joysticks to control the ghosts, it would be a nightmare to coordinate them, and the best most people could do is focus one at a time, but your system allows you to coordinate all 4 at the same time perfectly.
Great game J&T
While I'm not surprised to see a pacman reversal, I am absolutely blown away by the idea on execution. I love this mini-RTS approach, and how much the pellets and power pellets communicate on your hunt. Giving each ghost unique sight and movement only solidifies this really excellent experience.
I would recommend putting a limit on the frequency of pauses; I did find a cheese-solution in just spamming the pause button to give me near perfect responses to pacman's movements. Either a pause cooldown or a limited resource pool of pauses would go a long way.
The music and art were both great! I liked how slow your character moved, it made it much more interesting. The UI was very helpful. Although it was simple, I enjoyed it a lot, even if I wasn't that great. I got through getting photographed by the disgusting evil vile horrific cameras 10 times.
Great concept with smooth execution. I love how power pellets work here: both adding a threat to the player (Pacman can now eat the ghosts) and yet giving information of where pacman is.

Very cool idea, the visuals made the concept that much more fun!
This is the best version of pac man I've seen on this jam. Moving each ghost individually adds strategy. I would reccomend making more noticable animations for catching pac man as sometimes I would win and wasn't sure why or how.
You Executed this idea really well, I had fun meticulously placing the ghosts to find and capture pac-man. It was really satisfying to see a map you planned out corner pac-man in real time. Although, once you learn pac-man's behavior, it becomes pretty easy. I think adding more maps would have created more oppurtunities for different strategies. Other than that, the music is great and choosing to go with the classic pac-man style for the art was a great idea. Good Job!
this idea is so neat! the role reversal completely changes the feel of the game. i like how the darkness hides pac-man until you're nearby, too. this is a nice contemplative spin on the game, and the music definitely gets me in that mindset. i had a couple issues with the ghosts and pac-man jittering around, but nothing game breaking. i appreciated the ability to pause, but i also like the scrambling-to-find-him feeling of just letting the timer go. i'd love to see a more polished version post-jam!
Such a fun idea! Some bugs with the pathfinding but really love the idea and execution. With a bit more polish in terms of bugs and presentation i could see this having a lot of replay value.
really well designed
Really good. Pacman felt really smart and hard to corner, the visuals were nice and clean and the music was chill and atmospheric. Only complaint is just increasing the number of lives after each win felt a bit boring. Would've preferred a win Really pretty intuitive to control too. Kinda reminds me of FTL.
Difficult but really cool. This is really well done spin on the classic. If you like fast-paced RTS games, this is for you.
First quallity game that i played, so times when pausing/unpausing the goshts are jittering. Maybe a little easy when you have pacman cornerd.
haha, Nice strategy game! Gives an enjoyable sense of controlling a team for cooperation, one ghost alone can't catch him.
I was giggling to myself the first time I almost cornered pac-man, without realizing he could then eat the pellet and kill my ghosts!
