I love the pixel art style. So wondeful trees! The game is fun and challanging. I hang quite a long time in level 2. But I got it ;)
It would be nice if you could remove already place objects and if you could see the former position of objects you place in the run before to make it easier to adjust the positions.
Keep it up. I'd love to play some more levels.
Great work on the art.
Having to replace everything after a failed attempt was a bit annoying to me, especially as the fox's big jump meant that a little change could make a big difference.
But overall: well done!
That is a great take on the theme. It took me longer than I thought to complete the level. But it was fun and challenging.
I like the art, especially the character, the levels were relatively simple I think, I struggled most with 4th and (surprisingly) 1st (I still am not sure I got the "intended solution" for level 1). Also there are some bugs (in particular, you can use the platform that's just on your cursor as an actual walkable platform, and you can move it while the character is already running), but well, that's how jam-time goes.
Cool idea, I feel like the controls could be a bit more intuitive, but other than that, its cool!
This type of game fits perfectly with the theme of the jam. The game is enjoyable and also offers a certain level of difficulty. I managed to complete levels 1 and 3, but I couldn't solve level 2. If a few things were fine-tuned, more levels (and elements to place) were added, and the difficulty was improved so that the initial levels are truly easy and players can familiarize themselves with the elements before moving on to more challenging puzzles, the game could even become a small, fully-fledged game.
Anyway, considering the 48-hour time limit, the game is really well done.
Quite a nice game!
The puzzles were a bit hard to figure out, but it was fun to do so. There is also one bug, when you choose a thing to place, it replaces your cursor and works as a platform/jumping pad, can make puzzles a fair bit easier. All in all, it's an intriguing experience. Congrats on making an entry!
cute art, puzzles are interesting, overall quite a pleasant experience!
I'm not smart enough to solve the puzzles, but I don't think it's because the rules are unclear. The art is really lovely and I love the way the fox blindly stumbles through the level!
