I forgot to add an explanation for controls. The controls are as follows: A to move left, D to move right, and Up arrow to jump. Sorry for any confusion.

It's a good idea, but yes... The game is very small, good luck next year! And you can try another jam, not GMTK, to get the experience

Great job, even if you haven’t managed to finish the game in time. A playable demo is still impressive!

The controls felt nice, and being able to grapple and wall jump was a nice touch. My only honest gripe with the prototype was lack of explaination of controls - you might want to add them to the game page at least!

There are also other jams in Itchio that you can join to practice your unity skills (something i also need to do). The wall jump is nicely done, felt satisfying. You made a game (even if it is a bit short) yay!

even though it was short the controls were tight, the mechanics were there, and the game felt really polished. The wall jumps felt so good it feels straight out of SMB, i can't get over how nice it feels to slide down the walls. Imo, you have all the pieces needed to make a full experience out of it, I think you should keep going! The hardest part is out of the way, now it's just building more of the levels :)

great start! The idea is sound and you had a good foundation. Making a build and releasing it is already an achievement!

Dude you are good at Unity keep up the pace! The game was really well thought I can see where you wanted to go. I suggest you continue working on it despite the game jam!

good game over all, but it's way too short
