So fun! I survived for 4m 33s. :) My only gripe would be that I wish I could hold WASD to move the blocks instead of tapping. Super unique game!

Great game! really cool new Tetris-style game to protect the units in the middle.

interesting take on tetris and i love the music! it's a bit of a stretch for it to fit the theme, though.

I love it, it's a very complete and polished package! everything about the game design, gameplay, music (that remix slaps), wilhelm screams... Works so well together and I had so much fun playing! I especially like the disappearing blocks mechanic, which is a risk and a reward at the same time. Excellent work!

Of course! How could we use this hard learned skill of laying tetris blocks? To build barriers to repel zombies!

Perfect idea, nice execution, good arcade game.

This was a pretty neat take on the jam theme. The gameplay is pretty fun, and I like how you combined the base building and tetris concepts in an interesting way that scales as more zombies show up on screen. And it's super impressive that you did this in 48 hours. Great job!

Original idea! Congrats for this game. Cool visual effects and a cool concept i enjoyed playing this game. I would also like to add that the music turned out to be very repetitive when played for some time and too many zombies spawned on the screen hahaha.

48 hours are plenty of time when you already have a great idea to start with. First thing first, you're greeted with an astounding soundtrack which really transports you back to the age of cabinet grandeur. The gameplay itself feels smooth and responsive, and the potential scaling for competitive players is there too. UI and graphic designs are spot on and this calls for a great replayability. Overall an incredible job, I must agree with some of the previous comments pointing out the clarity for placement, but that's an easy fix anytime!

Fun entry! Very creative mechanic and fits the theme well!

Thank you!

A cool combination of two genres i haven't seen before! I agree with bar on needed clarity for placement. It would also be nice if there were a way to clear poorly place bocks, maybe with some kind of penalty. Squishing zombies was fun and using tetronimos in a top down perspective was neat!

Very creative, very fun, well paced. It would be nice if the blocks were green when placeable and red when not, near the end I was pretty much just spamming space because I couldn't tell where I could place blocks and where I couldnt

Thank you for playing! Feedback approved, a change in color would help.

LOL THIS GAME IS SO FUN. I never thought I would play a tetris defense game. I like how you need to be creative to maximize your defense and creating perfect barriers was so fun!
