Really cool concept! I was pleasantly surprised by the second phase :) And I love the presentation! Really great job! :)

Cool game! The art and music were very good as well. Please check out our game if you have time. We have very less ratings so far.

That is so clever and super cool exectuted! I really like this idea of trapping the player and then to try to escape from the same thing you just created! You could bring this to a whole new level! It gave me some portal vibes

Very creative idea, great way to flip the game on its head, and nice visual style!

I really enjoyed the presentation. The first minigame was definitely my favorite of the two. The simple art direction gave it some sinister vibes -- probably because of your writing! I enjoyed how disorienting the glitched-out second half was, but to be perfectly honest I felt it was less engaging than the first half. I didn't really have any incentive to follow my original path, so I ended up just walking a different direction. I do think that games 1 and 2 have a lot of aesthetic cohesion, I just would have liked more mechanical overlap between the two.

All in all, fun game. You made a great submission!

This is awesome. I love it. I did have some issue with just the first puzzle bit, but after actually paying attention I could definitely solve it, but then the twist! So good. My only suggestion would be to add in something similar between the two  worlds that's different from the other blocks, like a green block at the top and a blue block at the bottom, that way I can orient myself a little better. But I think this is 5/5, one of my favorites I've played in the jam!

The game looks awesome. And it's a funny twist that you end up trying to escape. I especially like the corrupt looking transition from the first game to the second. The game is really short, but it's fun.

Good job.

Well done for 48 hours! very simple yet creative game, I would've loved to see more content if you did 96 hours!

Was interested to try it due to a comment by another member of my team. The atmosphere is interesting, but feels heavily inspired by similar games, specifically reminding me of a pacman fangame i recall from a while ago. Was it inspired by that?

Thanks for playing! Nope, I took inspiration form an old flash game about trapping a cat in a similar way to the first part of the game, and then implemented the theme of the jam in the second part.

Very cool concept. Anything test chamber like is always interesting to me and this is really well done. I would've loved to keep playing it for longer with maybe more of a story that developed over time. But as a prototype this is just great, really enjoyed it!
