Sick Monkey Game
-Jart Club
ooh ooh aah aah I haven't beaten it yet because I wanna have time to play more games before the voting ends but this is fantastic so far, very clever concept, very clever puzzles and also super charming presentation!
Amazing game! love the vibes and the size gimmick ! Presentation is great too! The collisions and controls are a bit frustrating but appart from that flawless execution
Gameplay size gimmick is neat and the art style and creepy/funny monkey stuff sells it. Awesome
Such a great game, I really enjoyed the aesthetics. There were a few bugs with the audio however.
Really cool interpretation executed with style. Love the progression of the levels and how you teach the player the fundamentals. Only had one problem with the inconsistency of the second level in chrome but maybe that was a skill issue.
visuals were cool
Really cool stuff, art and presentation is top, puzzles were enjoyable too. a really nice game congratz :D
Very creative idea for a game and the visuals fit very well. Nice one!
Wonderfully creative take on the theme! I also really like the visuals and theming of the game being a monkey themed operating system. I also appreciated that the game was very lenient when determining whether the player was overlapping a red reset zone or not. Well done!
5/5
Spent a lot of time trying to get the last gem
I definitely like the concept, but the window scaling felt quite a bit janky, making things a bit more difficult at times than they should be. I also don't exactly like some of the horror elements - the icons filling the desktop and the "blue screen" were cool, but the mildly bloody head felt duct taped onto the rest, and I feel one could have done a bit more with that "the end is never the end" bit, maybe tapping into the themes of Sisyphean work or a time loop maybe?
Still, despite me rambling for a bit here I very much did like the game.
Super creative game! Love the game mechanic of resizing your window to get past the puzzles. The art is very funny and cute too! Great job!
I love everything you've got going on here! old windows PC aesthetics are great, the puzzle mechanic is awesome and some interesting story behind all that. Amazing job!
Loved the in-game mechanics and the music fits perfectly! Awesome work !!!
I love the style overall, especially the music, it's just amazing.
The mechanics are interesting and pretty original, I'm just stuck in one of the levels with the white glass thingy. But aside from that I can see you cared about the details, I love that you don't just get stuck in corners but you smoothly go around, that feels good especially when your window size is small. Good job!
Great game
Wow, what a cool entry! We love the art style and the little OS simulation—it's brilliant! The music is really chill and fits the game loop perfectly. Awesome job!
