Nice one! Great mechanics with a great level design, great job! :)
thank you! :)
Perfect game! It was really fun. Good animations and cool mechanics. Thank you for this game!
Thank you for the positive review! :)
pretty cool game with quite some polish, especially visually. Saving/checkpoints would be appreciated, especially with such a big level. The mechanics are cool though, its nice that you can scale both boxes and your character.
Thank you :)
Cool game. The player character animation is cute. Nice challenging level design. If you want to make the jumps more responsive, look into coyote time and jump buffer.
Thank you :)
I really enjoyed your game and I think it's got great potential to be made into a full game. The combination of abilities really make this stand out from similar looking projects!
Wow thank you! :)
Feels very polished and well made, the lack of checkpoints do be unfortunate, and I wished you didn't die from touch just the sides of spikes. But I liked the Sonic-esque level design, especially the speed you get when rolling around as the little guy, great job!
We need to implement checkpoints! Thank you for your review!
I really liked this one! The need to start all over again after death at such a big level is irritating though
You’re right, we know.. and thank you! :)
I really like the use of the 3 robot sizes. These are good abilities for a metroidvania.
The music reminds me of the Toejam and Earl OST on megadrive. Was that also an inspiration? Because the vibe is very similar.
Thank you! :)
Hey! I never heard the Toejam and Earl OST before, indeed it sounds very similar! My main inspiration was Herbie Hancock's album "Head Hunters" and some old funk music I like hehe.
I really like to just get faster and faster. Also the art style is pretty nice (The Robot smiles whey you Jump!). But it was a bit frustration to start all over again when you die.
My End score was 28.
Thank you! we did not have the time, but we wanted to include checkpoints!
