How does your game fit the theme?
The game tries to capture the scale of the endless void of space and (huge scale) things that you may encounter within it. Although the theme was used more like an inspiration than anything else.

Fun game! It got a little tricky when I was navigating the asteroids with other ships. I thought the boss fights were really well done and it is a nice-looking game with smooth controls. I kept thinking I would encounter some kind of scaling mechanic, but it was a pretty straightforward space shooter. I am interested to see how you could expand this. Keep it up!
This is really fun! i love space related games, the sounds and the controls are great! if i need to say something to give feedback is maybe the main theme, is too happy and funny for a space combat game.

i wouldn't say this really fits the theme but it was nicely polished and had a good feel. it can be a little difficult to see where you're aiming (which is common in the genre so not a big deal) and to make out whether you're going to get a crystal or not, but overall it was a good experience! great work for such a short jam!
It was really fun playing this game. The controls and goal of the game isn't really clear in the beginning. Also, the game doesn't fit the theme 100%. But overall, a really fun, intreging and finished game! I also really like the art style :)
Gameplay wise this is probably one of the more balanced and engaging games I've played so far, it had just the right amount of difficulty to be rewarding but not enough to be frustrating, although it was hard at times to gauge the distance of the health pickups from the screen so I found myself missing many of them.
The flashing when fighting THE CUBE boss was a headache waiting to happen, especially in an unlit room, a definite warning for people with epilepsy .
Bonus points for going out of your way to mention that you used Neovim
Connection to the theme not realy solid, but gameplay , control and graphics quite good, i like it

I can only complain about shooting. It was a bit hard to aim and because of that I was loosing a lot of hp pretty fast.

Great game! I think you did a good job at making a fun art style despite being limited with the graphics. I'm assuming this is all mostly due to the time constraints of a game jam but I thought it was funny when the boss was just called "big square" lol. My only big complaints are that its hard to aim and also the volume of shooting is a bit painful. Otherwise it's great! Definitely fun to play
