The visual presentation on this is excellent, the (cell?) shader on the players first form especially. Really good work! Music was also very well chosen.

Thank you for playing and leaving a comment!

I liked the idea of being able to shapeshift into different animals, and also that you don't have them unlocked right at the start. Someone already mentioned this, but the Objectives UI is way too small lol. Also idk how I managed this, but in my lizard form I somehow fell through the map and got stuck lmfao, I believe what happened is that I scaled up a wall I probably wasn't supposed to, somehow went through the wall into a room which you can't enter normally (I think) and then went through a small hole and fell below the map. I don't think this has happened to anyone else though.

Overall good game dude

(Edit: I initially thought I fell out the map or something, but the area I was in is also in the game screenshots, so is that where I'm supposed to be? Not sure)

no that’s definitely out of bounds i recreated the bug before and that’s where the screenshot came from, sadly theres  definitely a few bad spots where you can get out

Cool idea, I just found the little guy kind of hard to control

The art style of this game is amazing, love it : )

And the core game play also impressed a lot,it's a neat way to fit the theme, couldn't wait to see the full version of this game!

Cool concept, but some things were unclear at first, such as which doors counted as "semi-open". The mechanics themselves were fun though.

I like the environnement, I found that the concept is cool but the physic is a bit broken 😂.

Developer

The transformation mechanic worked great, the selection wheel was effective and easy to use. Unlocking the animals over time was good, because you look forward to seeing what you will find. Pushing everything around as the hippo is pretty fun, although unfortunately I didn't find the lizard in my playthrough. The FOV is pretty crazy but it somehow works with the cosmic style. The main critique that I would offer is that some of the text in the game can be hard to read, especially the objectives text which is tiny and the credits screen which has a lot going on. Overall a solid experience though, I did not encounter any major bugs!

Developer

Yeah we didn't realize the UI was so small till the last build, some better foresight would've come in handy but thank you for playing!
