Glad you enjoyed it mate, thanks!

Glad you liked it, thanks a lot!

Sorry you couldn't play, thanks for checking it out anyway!

To be honest I think that planet selection using the left stick/wasd should be a feature in the whole game, it would simplify the code a lot and give the player significantly more control. Thanks a lot!

Restart was on backspace! Our art guy left for GamesCom before we submitted and it was just us two programmers left, we probably made a bad prompt haha sorry about that. And yes the camera is a common issue, need more time to tune. Thanks for the feedback.

A fine theme indeed! Thanks!

Thanks a lot!

Yeah, allowing the player to take control when they want and potentially freezing time before the game starts is something we wish we'd gotten into the game first. Thanks a lot for playing!

Thanks so much! Yeah the camera freeze is a piece of polish we really wish we had got into the game before time ran out, lesson learned eh.

Thanks a lot for all the feedback! We agree with you completely on the camera. We have a rather brute force solution for camera selection at the moment, and as it removes control/view from the player, this is inadequate. I think our lesson is that if were going to take away control/vision we need it to either be for a gameplay reason, or tread very carefully. Cheers for playing!

We've been thinking a "press a to start" on a frozen top-down version of the level would go a long way to improving it. Thanks a lot for the feedback.

Thanks a lot!

We didn't spend enough time with the controls, as is becoming evident from the feedback. To us they were fine, but obviously, we had been playing the game non stop for 4 days. Needed playtests from people unfamiliar, like now! Thanks a lot!

Thanks very much!

Thanks so much!

Thanks a lot!

We built the whole game on controller and then rushed the keyboard controls at the end, big mistake. We even removed camera control, which was on wasd, and didn't rebind things over there, which would have been so much better. Thanks a lot for the feedback!

Thanks!

Thanks a lot!

Yes the camera has been a divisive topic! Thanks a lot for the feedback

We ran out of time to tune the camera :(. Big mistake, learned that if were going to take control away we need to be far more careful on how we do it.

Gorgeous artwork and really cool interpretation of the scale mechanic. Well done!

The story really elevates this, so few games in this jam have such good writing. Really good job!

Really crisp, polished game. The art, level design, difficulty progression.. so much of this is so so so good. Really good job!

There are not enough multiplayer games in this jam! Really cool take on multiplayer tetris, and the art is gorgeous!

Very cool little game, very impressive it runs in the browser, and ultra impressive that it was done in 48 hours. The flight controls are crisp and well tuned, and its very pleasing seeing the little resources go into the right places on the ship youre building. A solid base for what could be a great proper game.

Really cool little game, the presentation is almost flawless, the fact that this was done for a game jam has me really impressed, there are games with months of development that don't achieve a similar level of polish.

Really excellent little strategy game, I was so close but then one of my districts imploded and I couldnt survive :(. Really great idea, well executed, the planets moving around were also a wonderful touch!

The visual presentation on this is excellent, the (cell?) shader on the players first form especially. Really good work! Music was also very well chosen.

I really enjoyed this game, after a little frustration at the start. I'm going to go for 200k km! Really good art and sound as well!

Great little game, without reading the description I was pleasantly surprised by the scale mechanic. Really good job!

Sick little game, my record is 14000. Really enjoyed it, really enjoy the risk/reward mechanic of trying to travel to distant stars to max score without losing fuel!

Controls are super crisp and the presentation is really really good. Very impressive!

Really polished little game, very impressive. The design of the mechanics is exceptional, I just wish I had a little more info to guide me on deciding when to jump.

Really excellent artistic style, the music and other sounds are high quality and fit perfectly. Really good stuff!

By far and away the best "build ship shoot enemy build better ship" style game I have played so far. The design choice to build in between levels is super good, the different ui is excellent. As is the art and the sound! Well done!

The actual scale of the solar system here is absolutely phenomenal, as is the presentation, the experience when coming up to a new planet is perfect!

Really clean presentation and very polished overall. I thought it was great!

Only suggestion is that the aiming is done from behind the "mothersheep"(do I have that right?), leaving you a very limited space on the edge of the screen to actually aim, which feels a little frustrating.

The level design here really shines, the puzzles are very impressive for a game jam. Really well done!

I feel if the walls moved with the mouse, instead of at a fixed rate, the game would feel so much crisper, but otherwise really good stuff!

An excellent idea, anyone who had something similar must be very clever! Well done!

Only gripe is that I would often hit space to start the level, only to remember that was the restart button, would be great if it toggled between start level and restart.
