Great experience, very strong in it's conciseness.
really cool noir-esk style! the story reminded me of metamorphosis :)
This is such a great game. Totally loved it. I want to play more of this. If you like, you can also play my game. Thank you.
What could easily have been treated as a joke is instead presented with an air of emotion, existential dread, and self reflection.
Just like how the player character is turning into a fish, we too are changing and get to decide whether or not we want to pursue that direction or try pull back. Choosing to voice act this went a long way to selling the vibe, lines like the reaction of your daughter when you tell her you will stay as a fish definitely had more emotional weight, making this short experience an enjoyable one.
Great jam game!
Had me thinking about life and existence and stuff
thank you!!
Deliciously weird ! It's rare to voice acting in the jam games, nice job on that ! The art and music are pretty great too
How did you made such good art! It was an amazing experience in only 3 minutes! It's also the first game I played in the jam that uses voices which add up to the immersion, hope to see you in GMTK 2025!
Oh, geez, this art and voice acting are just amazing! You guys (siblings) have to make a cartoon, really! That would be one of the CalArts nominee, I bet!
Being honest, I thought it was created by Frenches but based on the pronunciation - no way. x)) I did enjoyed this experience, thank you for that!
Real Kfaka-esque, I loved it, but I think it just doesn't fit the theme very vell sadly. But still a grat work! (I you can find the time i would be happy if you took a look at my game and rated it)
thanks, might check out your game
The game is looking great, and I liked the weirdness. For me game felt too linier, the choses did not really matter, and it seem mostly to be there so the player had something to do. But overall an interesting little game/story.
So weird and wonderful. The art is beautiful. Loved it!
I have more questions than answers. love the game
haha, thank you!
Such a wonderful, weird experience. So weird! I love that you were able to set a whole vibe in such a short time. The music and sounds are wonderful. The steps are so hollow and makes the whole thing feel really melancholy. The red shine from the sun is subtle and nice. The animations and art are fantastic. I love the movement. Good job!
Thanks! We worked very hard on it.
Nice art nice dialogue, I like the story-telling in this game!
thank you for your appreciation
Wow! Even even though the game is small, the mood is incredible, the art and animation are perfect, the dialog options are interesting, and the ending is framed in a super tasteful way.
The dialog audio could be a bit higher in the mix, it's hard to hear it under the music sometimes.
Other than that no notes, perfect little weird experience <3
Thank you! When I improve upon it after the jam I’ll fix the mix.
Very unique artstyle! Very atmospheric overall!
thank you
Well crafted, high quality short experience.
Thank you
creepy yet captivating story! the atmosphere and mood was perfectly delivered in such a short game. the quality of detail in the animations is incredible work and i like how the red sun reflects on the characters themselves. beautiful work!
thanks! We worked very hard on these features
A lot of game jam entries lose my interest after a few short minutes. This one only lasted a few short minutes, but I wish it went longer. Beautiful design work.
thanks! We might expand on this game in the future.
