That was an interesting game! The 3D style was done really well and I liked the general vibe of the experience!

Also, seeing my weapon grow to that extreme size was really something :D

The game is actually one of the best 3d games submitted in the jams

Clear and good-looking visuals with good game idea and concept.

Continue the good work..

Be sure to check mine

The first good 3D game I played in this JAM.

I really loved the story.

Aiming and shooting was very convincing.

Jumping in the weapon was brilliant (story-wise).

BIG GG !

Nice game! I really liked the ambience and the final sequence :)

Is it on purpouse that the textures kind of wiggle? Not saying i dont like it just saying i feel like im drugged up or in a dream hahah

Nice job :)

Thanks, glad you liked it.

That sounds like z-fighting and probably was not on purpose. But maybe it's an idea to include it anyway :D

Fun little game, though felt a little lost at times. ^^; Feels a little disjointed, but overall I had fun.

The idea is interesting, the presentation needs some more refinement. At first I didn't get the theme but then when the dropper level came in, it made sense. It would've been fun to have to fight our way through the maze downwards with the weapon we built, because I like the idea that you build the stage and the weapon at the same time.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback

We definitely ran out of time at the end :D

I got no clue what's going on and why I suddenly went from building a weapon in a dungeon crawler and then it suddenly turned into a level of minecraft dropper.

Graphically is nice, but incoherrent

Might be interesting to expand upon, maybe requiring you to build a weapon with a specific path/order of parts that lets you do the drop in one go, with upgrades to assist in the process

Pretty cool concept, i had not read the description, nor seen the images and was very surprised by the end, but i wished it was like a parkour instead of just awkwardly dropping down.
Also it would be cool if there was more of a clear need to upgrade your weapon.

Developer(+1)

Thanks. Interesting idea with parkour. Maybe you could climb up the weapon instead of falling through it.

We ran out of time to implement a better air movement and damage when actually hitting the ground in the last part. So that is probably why it felt a bit incoherent.

"So what do we scale?"
"POLE"

Assets were a bit of a mishmash and didn't have any coherency,
Would have loved some more upgrades and just more rooms in general, seeing your pole (/ wand thing )becoming more and more weird with more stuff piled onto it as it powers up.

Developer(+1)

Thanks. Definitely valid criticism.

We had a enemy resistances to different damage types all programmed up, but sadly ran out of time to implement different enemy times and such.

Great game! But some kind of UI would be nice.

I had fun till I fell into the hole lmao

I want more continuation and development of mechanics! The magic wand is very stylish. I hope the concept evolves and it becomes the next Noita!

I jumped into a hole, 10/10. Great job.
