The game looks really good however I couldn't beat the first enemy... the game is really buggy and there is no explaination on what things do which made it difficult to make the right choice so I just put random stuff in the inventory but to no success :D
We are sorry to hear that. We will put in the description on how to play since the one in the game didn't load. You drag items to the inventory and when you click the battle! button the battle system will commence. Each item gives one move turn and until all the items in the inventory have been read the battle system will continue to perform the move.

Really awesome visuals here - there’s so much charm to this hand-drawn cartoony kind of aesthetic that I love. I wasn’t entirely sure how everything worked though. The tutorial didn’t load, and objects seemed not always to go into my inventory. So I wasn’t confident on how I was doing damage and why.
Still, an inventory-management based RPG sounds like a lot of fun, and it’s tied up in a really pretty package. Nice work!
So glad that you understand our take on the visuals, this kind of aesthetic is rare nowadays. So we want to do it a bit more. The mechanics are pretty simple yet it's our fault there are no visuals to guide the player. The player puts an item in the inventory box, and by clicking Bagtle! the battle system will read the skill which the item is holding and perform it to the enemy. Each items are performed in the order they put it in.

I absolutely love the art style, the pokemon mechanic alongside the item system is creative and the designs of all of the enemies, characters, and weapons are excellent. Very good work

I love the artwork! This could be a really interesting combat system with some ways to manage resources for attacks or stock up on certain elements for different battles. Would love to see a full adventure game with this setting and style!

Very nice item arrangement mechanics! I think adding damage calculation will make the game more enjoyable.

It's our first time using scriptable objects, so the data are a bit messed up. yet, all is well and we kinda did make the item able to snap on the inventory and can be read by the battle system. Sure, based on the feedback so far, we're pretty sure that adding the damage calculation and skill order use would be nice.

Art and presentation is top notch. I couldn't figure out how the attacks were chosen from the inventory though.
Thank you!!! Well, currently we are using first order first served. Any item you put into the slot is stored in an array and chosen from that order. Not showing what skill the player will use from the inventory is our mistake, so we will fix it it the next version.

Glad you like our visuals! our favourite is the axolotl, doesn't she look so adorable?? We're a bit ambitious with this project and kinda get sidetracked with polishing the battle system too much. It does hurt our timeline so the inventory wasn't polished enough. We're looking to fix this and release a better version after voting time ends. Please enjoy it one more time. Thank youuu :D
