How does your game fit the theme?
On a thematic level, you use a weighing scale initially to judge the purity of dead souls against a feather of light. Mechanically, all the puzzles involve resizing the dimensions of boxes to accomplish the goal.

I love the concept! I am not a fan of puzzle games but I wanted to hear their stories until the end :)
Very interesting puzzles
Sinner, I will be ready to pass judgment on your soul in just a moment... wait, where am I supposed to push this? Oh no, now the blue one’s stuck... uhh... give me a sec... I’m sure you have time in limbo anyways...
Not only did you design an interesting mechanic and craft thoughtful levels, but you told a compelling story too! Love the melancholic art and music. Thank you for the game (:
Really cool take on the scale theme
I really love the idea of the game, it fits the theme so well! The puzzles are also very engaging! Though, would love this game to have a "retake ur last step" kind of button, similar to Control Z command, would make the experience better :) Tho it's still a great game!
Anubis is just such an obvious choice! Good job!
A really poignant and melancholic take on the theme, I adore the art and music very much! Love that so many of us went for Anubis, it's a really cool take on the idea of scales. Definitely one of my faves of the jam!
This game is really beautiful! Love the art direction and how you interpreted the theme. I was surprised it was a block puzzle game, but I was immediately hooked! I wish there was a button to retake your last step rather than restarting the entire puzzle, but this was a really nice game that made me want to keep playing more levels! :)
Good game! I am disappointed it is a puzzle game. I was hooked on the story and animation and was hoping for a visual novel or something more text based. Block puzzles are not my favorite :(
That was a very intriguing experience! The story of the souls makes me want to know more. Overall it's very engaging.
Absolutely everything about this game was beautiful. The writing, the sound, and especially the art, backed up with some really solid and engaging puzzle design. You did a fantastic job on this. Very well done!
It makes me really happy that quite a few of us chose the weighing of the heart myth as inspiration and that every one of the games about it is so unique and interesting.
Oooo, I love the style and narrative of the game. The puzzles were super clever as well. Only bit of feedback I have is on the visuals. I noticed that the puzzle part of the game is quite pixel-looking while the art on the left isn't. I wished y'all kept that energy somehow. It just felt like two different games clashed together.
Nitpicking tbh, good stuff regardless!
I'm so impressed. This is a beautiful, haunting story coupled with a really strong puzzle game; and yet both make sense together. I both was immediately immersed in the story but also really engaged by the puzzle design - the evolution of mechanics were really smart, and I had some AHA moments around resizing and the blocked off blocks that were great. on top of that, the art style especially for the left side of the screen and right side transitions is so beautiful and thematically appropriate. Wonderful job!
Hey, great to see you participate in GMTK again! This was a fun submission, puzzles were really well designed and I REALLY liked the artstyle and animations for the left hand side. A very creative take on the theme and especially liked the idea of a scale representing judgement.
Solid entry, great work this year!
Hello, artist here; thank you, and thank you for playing our game! I'm glad you liked it :) we wanted to try to go for something that felt sort of meaningful so I'm happy that that was an enjoyable experience
Thank you so much! Long time no see. I’ll make sure to check out your submission soon ^-^
Fun game, love the theme and the art, also great job on interpreting the theme in two ways
loving the puzzle! it turns the gears in my head.
this is so freaking awesome!
This is a really awesome take on the theme. The art is great, the concept is very unique, and I'm always a sucker for a game jam game that actually manages to make a compelling story. Great work.
I love the art style, use of two different interpretations of the theme is nice, and the puzzles, while challenging, are fairly so.
