How does your game fit the theme?
The player must venture deep into the ocean, where both the depth and the scale of enemies grow increasingly formidable. To prevail, they must collect scales along the way, each one bringing them closer to restoring the blobfish’s former glory.

I agree with other commenters that having gravity in this game probably wasn't the best move. As you go down further, it's impossible to control the blobfish's momentum. If I were you, I'd turn off gravity and just allow the player to swim down on their own.

Nice idea, art and music are pretty great, but navigating and absorbing the enemys are made annoying by the gravity.

Nice concept! Art is cool! The game can do a little bit more in terms of explaining mechanics of the game but overall it's fun to play!

Our project didn't make it to HTML, unfortunately.
Fish life can be pretty hard. Once I managed to make myself invisible which was fun but didn't make it any easier. :-)

Really cute and stylish, dave the diver except a blob. I dunno, I could eat the fish but then didn't know what to do and pressing E didn't seem to do anything? Hit box was pretty unforgiving.
