I like the idea but found the game really frustrating to play - maybe a bit of a tutorial or some way to ease the player into the gameplay might have helped. Once I got the hang of it I had fun, though, and the art is really cool - nice work :)
Really cool graphics, the game was kind hard but fun, good job!
I like the pixelart in this game, and I like the general concept. Although that angrybird mechanic feel way too weak. I feel like it should throw character with a bit more speed. I had to drag from one corner to another to make the jump :) But I like that you placed checkponts. It would be frustrating to restart the level to learn new mechanic.
Solid entry and very impressive for your first jam! The character is a bit hard to control it might require a bit more acceleration when starting to move midair. On the first try, I completed the first level and reached the green slime nothing happened, and had to restart.
Neat concept. Kinda hard to finish due to the sling shot and its ground friction but it's still a good polished experience.
Great game with an interesting concept! I like the idea where you have to traverse through different means of movement, I think it's really clever and interesting to expand upon. The visuals were good and fitting as well though the game would benefit from sound design. Navigating using the sling was incredibly challenging (to the point that I think it might be impossible to complete some parts of the level with it) and there was an instance where you wouldn't be able to move if you were on the sling mode and at the very edge of a block. Overall, I think this is a nice game with an interesting idea that has lots of potential. Good work!
i had to restart so often to because doing it with the sliding was kinda impossible. but i made it yay. very good
Really nice concept! The graphics are good and so is the level. I wish there were some music or some sound effects but other than that you did a good job :)
Nice start! I had a lot of trouble moving around with sling. Also, sometimes landing partially on the platform would kill you, and since the spikes were facing outward, it felt like a bug. I really like the idea of your movement mechanics being chosen by dice! I think this could work well in a rougelite setting, where the player may have some meta control over what they see in terms of random drops. Overall well done!
Neat game, could use some sfx
The game looks nice, quite fun to play. Nicely done.
I really like the art! Good job!
This is a pretty unique platformer, frustrating but fun, good job :)
This would be a good rage game. The art looks good!
Pretty tough and unforgiving (even the first double jump feels a bit finicky). It's a precision platformer with controls that lack this precision I believe. However I still enjoyed playing it and it's a blessing that restarting on fail takes almost no-time, that makes failing and trying again so much better!
The sling mechanic is very hard to use (and basically impossible to use in some areas), and I think that the air movement is way too hard to control with the other abilities. The concept's neat and makes every playthrough different, but it's really hard to complete one when the game's so hard to control.
Very hard but fun ! well played !
Nice game! Sling mechanic needs some work I think becouse its hard to use
Lovely concept and very challenging! I like seeing how different mechanics can be used to cross the level. As a feedback, maybe the level could a little wider, as the challenge is VERY high right now!
Interesting Concept. I like the idea of having to adapt to the type of movement given by the dice.
