Nice concept, good attack variety, and the slow-mo when using spells is a very nice effect !
A good addition would be increased difficulty as time goes on, maybe ?

Thank you for your feedback. Increasing difficulty with time was something I had in mind during development. Sadly, I was not able to add it due to the time constraints
Nice game, concept is creative, and I'm sure gameplay is fun however I had a bug where I just couldn't move at all so didn't get to play a lot..

Game is fun but sometimes it feels impossible to dodge attacks from enemies.
Concept is creative, I especially like how unique the different attacks are. However more different enmies would've been really good.
Art looks very good but music and sound would've been really cool.
Really fun game. Enjoyed all the different types of attacks. Although the jump height could have been a bit bigger.
This game really got potential! It reminds me of that Plant vs Zombies mini game where the plants come sliding in on a conveyor belt lol. I think what can improve in this game might maybe be sound and UI.

Really solid idea for a survival game!
Obviously has its affordances for a 48 hour jam such as lack of BG but still felt overally good to control and play.
I do also think there could have been ways for dice to feel like more than an effective timer for waiting to defeat enemies, but a really cool idea was still in there.

I really like the mechanics and concepts here! Pulling up the dice and randomly getting the spells was really fun. You also nailed the placement effect, showing the grid and slowing down time is a really good design decision imo.
To give feedback, I wasn't quite able to reach the second floor (maybe I'm a dummy though haha), and so I mainly dealt with and dodged the ghosts down below.
Lot's of great stuff at work in your game though, it could easily be expanded too which is cool. Great work and thanks for the game!
Hi. Thank you for your kind message. Looking at your comment it is clear to me that I should have specified somewhere that the player can double jump (That is how you get to the second platform). I will update the game notes so that future players don't run into the same problem. Thank you for the feedback

Yep, I think (almost) everyone's game has something to improve on... 48 hours is such a short amount of time :)
