It would be nice to see this expanded with more features and content and also maybe go away from the look of the Unreal first person template.
That's a pretty simple game, but the controls make it really enjoyable to play, even if the dash is not really useful. I wish there was more content, it makes me want to stack a ridiculous amount of dice on the platform ! And it's always a good sign for game jam when players want more !
I love the concept and really hope that you will be able to finish it after the gam!
Nice job!
I like the various movement options, but I don't feel that any of them really changed the way I played the game. Definitely could use some sound effects as other commenters have pointed out. Graphics look great, though. Nice work!
Hi there,
My first thoughts are that the controls feel very smooth, and work great for the purposes of the game. Tossing the dice around is fun, and it's a cool lil challenge to go for a high-score.
The game could use a bit more oomph/juice. Some sound fx would go a long way to really punching up the overall feel.
As someone else in the comments said, I could definitely see this making a neat lil party game if expanded upon. Great work!
I'd also v much appreciate it if you're able to check my game out as well :-)
For sure harder than it looks. Was trying to go for a high score but getting the dice to stay on 6 is hard.
Pretty unique game and a creative concept.
Needs more polish and game juice but otherwise it could be a great party game if it has multiple levels and co-op
Thanks, I only can squish in some sort of tutorial level in time.
Haha the physics make this a bit unpredictable but hey that was the theme 😄
Ikr xD. Thanks!
Physics tend to get in the way of actual goal of the game sometimes, but treating it more like a sandbox was way more fun ;)
Thanks!
I accidentally yeeted the dice off the map XD
(BUT, it was fun. Big plus for using Unreal too!)
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks.
I threw one die into outer space, good game. Other than that, the game is fine, but I enjoyed throwing dice out of level more than the actual supposed gameplay :D.
I also enjoy just yeet those dice around. Thanks!
i came. i saw. i grabbed dice. placing dice on the platform was hard but that's the challenge, isn't it? i wish the orientation didn't change when picking up dice though and that the score would automatically update upon placing dice on the platform. good job!
Thanks!!
Top score of 23! It was fun that the goal of the game was what I wanted to do anyway without being told. I wish the dice wouldn't reset their rotation when you pick them up, so you would be able to manipulate them with multiple throws. I still enjoyed throwing huge dice in first person.
Thanks, glad you like it.
the physics were a lot of fun and i enjoyed launching cubes into the atmosphere :) i would say that some feedback as you put dice on the platform would be nice, but great work anyways!
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks for the suggestion.
i thought i wasnt working but you had to put all dices before score is calculated!! nice work
Thanks! Yea.. I should have put a counter of dice on the platform such as 0/5.
I like the rgb effect and the concept was fun. Good job!
Thanks!
Even though i had half frames due to bad system specs, it was still kinda confusing to play, and the models could use some work too. The envoirement kind of feels off, too
Thanks man, it still need a lot of work.
Game tried to launch SteamVR, game's physics made getting the dice on the tray like herding wild cats and was oddly enjoyable. Comically frustrating
Thanks!!
