Found it quite funny that going in a circle refreshed your move counter, allowing for infinite movement when rolling 3 or more.
Interesting game! I like the word bonk. I also like the pseudo rpg elements to the game.
A simple yet fun concept, I believe it would be better if some of the moves were automatic. Like switching from move to attack, and there's no need to confirm everything. Other than that, it was a cute and enjoyable experience to play. Congrats on finishing the jam !
Great concept. UX/Menuing could be improved and clarified.
Cool game, the movement is a bit cumbersome, but with a little polish and time I can see this becoming a really fun game, well done!
the design is very cute, and the game is nice. controls is strange a bit but thats okay
Very cute game! Enjoyed the art and sound, could use maybe more player feedback on when dice rolls were used up, but was easily understood what to do otherwise!
I like the animations and the dice roll animation was cute
cool little game with a good number of levels. I really like the animations for rolling the dice, and i found the game easy to grasp. My one bit of feedback is that i think the crab ai needed an objective as they didnt do very much.
Cool idea! step by step strategy. but do something better next time
Concept is interesting, but the controlls are very difficult to get used to. Plus I sometimes I can't attack even if I have moves left.
Good game!
I didn't expect to see a turn based game it was refreshing and I enjoyed it but after sometime it became quite repetitive. Maybe if enemies can attack you selecting your moves would be more important.
Using both space and enter to make one action was quite awkward.
Not a bad concept, but needs more tightening up. Those controls are very questionable, I kept having to alternate between keyboard and mouse (why right mouse instead of left?)
I like the concept and art. I feel like the gameplay could be more difficult though. Also I dislike having to switch between space and right mouse button.
I agree that the controls could be improved, I was constantly confused whether to press space or enter. Otherwise neat idea and execution. Loved the dice roll animation!
Decent enough graphics but unintuitive controls and gameplay itself could be better.
The animation are nice. And the controls are okay...
But, The Enemy AI needs to be improved. I believe that is mostly because running out of time for the jam, but in those kind of cases you try to make gameplay more fun with what you have ready for the jam build.
Like in this case, the gameplay is really slow, even for a turn based game. That's mostly because you have to keep chasing the crabs and then also require to hit it 3-4 times. The gameplay could have been improved just by reducing the enemy health(1-2 hit) for this build. That would have fasten the game pace and give the player a more feel of progression.
Also, the confirm key could be bound to something else other then right mouse button. It just force the player to keep his hand on the mouse for no other use than that.
Nice gameplay and art. Only thing that's annoying is that the enter and the space key do the same things but are not the same keys and it's annoying to always switch between them
I think it would be better if the key to select (space) and the key to confirm (enter) are the same because they have the same function. Otherwise the art is cute and gameplay is easy to understand!
