Cute little game, though the controls are a bit clunky.
Loved the Game!Nice graphics, and a unique take on the Theme!
The idea is cool, And I liked the crabs and the animations :)
It's a bit hard to control but otherwise it's fun.
It felt a little awkward using space and enter to confirm actions at different times - just using the one key would be ideal. Nice one!
The dice rolling animation was super cute :) it was a bit clunky to controll at times, but still a good entry!
Fun and simple! controls were a bit difficult for at first, but its still pretty fun to play!
Fun game. Love the art and music. Especially the little guys dice roll. Wish controls were better mapped. Got the hang of it after a while though. Would love to see this expanded with a difficulty scale as you level up. Great job.
Super cute game, but the controls could use some work since right now there is a lot of switching between keyboard and mouse input for the different actions.

Fun idea! Controls are slightly clunky but everything works. Would be nice if the crabs did damage back to the player but I assume that was on the roadmap already.
I really liked the die roll animation for how far you could move a turn :D
Stylish and creative, but user input is kinda clunky with enter/space for confirmation
Great job! Would be nicer if you didn't have to confirm everything but otherwise great game!
I really like the animations of the little guy! Good job! I had fun playing it :D
Cool game ! I like it and I think it could even be a full release one day ! For the downsides I’d say the mechanics are good but not very polished and the grass is too repetitive but I can understand why ! Please try my game and give me feedback ;)
Fun short and sweet. I wish the control scheme was a little more intuitive
Hey! That was fun, here's some feedback on how you can make it better:
🎮 Gameplay
- The result of the dice roll never really changed what I was planning on doing, because the attack was also just nearby, the result of the roll either delayed me or made me faster, but didn't actually affect gameplay that much.
- Don't have a wall of text for a tutorial. You can add images, something like: Protect - "Image of flower", kill: "Image of crab"
- Some menus operated with enter, some of them with space - make them all operate with one of them two, don't make me swap between them
- Remove the confirmation menus, they only get in the way.
🎨 Design
- Make the red and blue on the highlights more obvious
- Show the red box for attack automatically, and make it default to a certain side, the player can adjust after
Hope this helps!
The control scheme was uncomfortable to use. I found myself not wanting to use the enter key at all. If movement is on wasd (left hand goes here), and the right hand is on the mouse, what hits the enter key? It breaks up the flow of gameplay. If you're on the right side of the screen, the movement die animation gets tossed out of bounds and you won't know what you rolled aside from the number over the player's head. Greying out options on turns that you can't perform would've also been useful. I got stuck in a cycle of trying to move without realizing that I needed to end my turn. Similarly, attacking being an option without being able to attack.
The turn-based combat idea is very good. I liked the soundtrack
While the art is good the gameplay is very basic and luck based
Very nice turn based combat concept, it took me a moment to understand how to play but once I did I was pretty interested. Good job!
