Started a bit weird but then i catched up and it's really cool, i was able to figure out the combination ^^ really satisfying :D

Really smart, definitely haven't seen something like that before! Instead of saying something about the reading order you should color them from brightest to darkest or something like that, this hint wasn't clear. This 10-second loop gets irritating after a while, you could've used the trac from the end as the main track because it's not as repetitive. I like that you made everything yourself though :)

This is probably the most innovative entry I've seen so far. I really love puzzle boxes so this spoke to me. Nice reward too, I can't believe you gave away all those first edition Charizard cards to your players, very classy! ;)

Wowowow this was VERY clever! Very innovative and really felt like something I was discovering the longer I played! It was also fun to just drag the different boxes into different sizes and play around with how silly I could make my screen look! You really made a gem of a game here that I very much enjoyed playing. Endlessly interesting and fun for the player to discover as they continue to progress! Wonderful Work and great game!

Wow! I'm surprised how a simple game with just UI can be so interesting. Mechanics very simple, but their combination interesting.  At first, it was hard, but in the end, understand how it should be :) 

I think would be good more sounds in the background, because when you think so long sound becomes annoying

The concept is interesting, moving the panels to reveal the numbers but this works best in fullscreen.

Really interesting concept you got there! The order in the end was a bit confusing, some digits could be (and were in my playthrough) above others that were more to the left, so to my reading they came first =P

Overall the game is very nice, congratulations!

I just wish the music was a little longer or at least looped more seamlessly, it is just too clear when it restarts.

Ah yes, I get it know why reading order can be a problem! The order is actually just an recursive traversal of the scene tree, but did not know how to better describe it. Thanks.
I would like to learn how to more seamlessly loop music for next time! Adding some "mouth?" sounds could also be fun to try ;).

I understood the order after pushing the split handles all the way, then it was much clearer =]

There are some ways for making loopable music I can think of right now:

  • you can have a well positioned silence where the music (re)starts, like I had in mine
  • you can have an audio clip just for the music intro, then start the perfectly loopable clip right after the intro ends
  • you can use just the looping part even if it doesn’t start freshly and fade it in, so you don’t have to worry about having different clips and synchronizing them

Mouth sounds are usually very fun to work with, I recommend xD

I never tought a game like this could be made with just using Godots UI elements. Very nice idea.

I struggled a little with having enough space to keep all the numbers visible after I'd found them, and the hint of which order to read them in wasn't super useful because of course the position could change depending on where I had each split expanded to. But this was something I hadn't seen before!

Jup, you can hide all empty boxes and then all the numbers should fit exactly on the screen. Then the elements appear in a "sort of" reading order (left to right, end of line is goto newline), but I did not know a better way to describe it.
