I was thoroughly entertained by a menu for just over 109 seconds. What a fun idea, especially the secret checkbox.

This is super meta. This was such a clever twist.

I can see that I need to be much more inventive with the theme in the next Gam Jam. You guys are blowing me out of the water with your creativity!

This was a blast to play! Which is odd to say considering it's just a menu, but you did awesome at making just that super entertaining! I mapped all the keys then wasn't sure what to do until I pressed one of the movement keys. This was very original and it was fun to look around at the different settings! It could be improved with more sound effects, such as changing a setting.

I had a lot of fun playing this!

Thank you for the feedback. It is interesting to see that a few players weren't sure what to do at the beginning.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean about the sounds, because there are sound effects for clicking on things (so basically changing a setting), maybe you missed them? Another person was saying something about that, maybe I should put more consideration into the balance between music and sound effects? Or do you mean like specific sounds for different settings?

Original idea, I give you that!

The music was fine, it fit the mood nicely. Not sure if I just didn't hear any sound effects or if there were any sound effects at all. As the game is about pushing buttons and sliders, it would've been great if there was some audio feedback when pressing, hovering or releasing buttons.

Developer

Thank you for playing! There are some sound effects, maybe the music is too loud so you can't hear them? Or maybe you turned them off with the slider.

Hahaha great! I sat there after mapping all my keys like ok, what now... I've never had this much fun with a menu, great idea!

Very interesting idea. And lovely chords, well done!

Wow, this is really creative! Took me way too long to figure out what was with the game lol

Yes, you made a menu as a game. And it was great fun to figure it out by myself thinking of all those players that might just give up too early and miss this masterpeace of a meta-game!

The zoom/scale mechanic is very inspiring and could be used to make more "Levels".

Keep up with the menus!

Developer

Woah, me being thinking "hmmm what property could I easily turn into a setting to fill up the menu" could have actually been an interesting mechanic?! Now that I'm thinking about this, I could have actually incorporated the "forbidden palace" wild card by using the zoom to access something out of the area (would need to rework the screen wrapping though)

Thanks for playing and for the feedback!

Great idea! The music is pretty chill, not sure if it matches really good to the stressing time factor but I liked it anyways, nice game!

Developer

Thank you for the playing! I definitely need to work on making music that fits the thing that I'm making for, I was just pretty much using any idea that I had so that I could hopefully get something done.
