Really clever menu that also provides a bit of accessibility because it filters you out to the difficulty you're probably best suited for. Plus it felt really good to control, looked great, and had a bunch of polish.

The music was a little quiet in the levels but that's about it. Great stuff!

Nice setup with the tutorial and difficulty options.

Really enjoyable swinging movement and game feel - loved swinging through the skies!! Solarpunk spiderman feels. I did get smashed up in a wind turbine though so maybe I'll leave extreme solar panel cleaning to the professionals

I really like how the menu is also the tutorial! It stopped me from going straight to hard mode (let alone even get to spider mode). Visuals are nice, but the audio is a bit high pitched for me at times. I managed to get 1161ft/57 in easy, and 623ft/16 in hard. Overall very nice submission. :)

Great game, great controls! Feels good to be the solarpunk spiderman

Movement was super fun but it was a little hard to see my character sometimes.

Developer(+1)

I'm to blame on that one and may have gone slightly overboard with the clouds haha. We tried to make them a little transparent, but with such a small character it can be hard to see at times. Glad you enjoyed it though!

The number of times I'd fly right into the blades of a wind turbine... :D

That was fun! It's cool to see someone combine Floating Point's mechanics with a platformer.

Developer

The wind turbines are quite unforgiving aren't they? We considered allowing a few hits before killing you... Glad you enjoyed it though! Haven't played Floating Point myself, looks cool though with the grappling hook. I was thinking more Teeworlds myself.

Wow this was fun! The controls felt really tight and the character was easy to control. Also great job working the theme into your game so well!

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I really wanted to make the jump depend on how long you held it down. I think it would have given a lot more control when timing landings and avoiding the turbines. Just didn't have the time... but it worked ok.

very fun! The movement and grapple were really fun to play with. I also like that your character sticks to the walls. The menu doubling as a tutorial area was a great addition!

Developer

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! Definitely the most interactive menu I've done for a game and it worked out ok!
