Game Description
A simple anagram game from letter drops, wildcards give you the chance to clear pesky letters and also score high. Gets quite difficult as the game gets faster.
How does your game tie into the theme?
The game is all about combining letters into words. To score well, you need to plan around future combinations and letter frequency.

Really nice, I have to admit I often waited for the wildcards to be able to make actual words aha, but the idea is well done ! :D
Nice relaxing word game. Like the bounce effect that blocks do! Good job!
It took me a while to realize that the letters didn't have to be in the correct order, just in the same line (probably because I'm sticking in the thinking of my own grid game!). Once I realized that it certainly open up many more possibilities!
Like others are saying, I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and had a very nice time playing it! I will confess I don't think I got longer than a 4-letter word while playing. Well done!
Thanks Trencher. It's good feedback around the order of letters. The game mechanics would be better demonstrated to the player than explaining it in the instructions, both in respect of normal combinations and wildcard combinations. I should also add a visual cue that you can get the letters to drop faster if you want them to.
The aesthetics and music say relaxing, but my own inability to see words frustrates me!
Good game!
Thanks... this happened to me as well. After about fifty playtests, I got better at seeing words.
Really like the physics on the blocks. Game is really relaxing, until the letters start approaching the top.. Then the stress hits! Turns out my vocabulary is pretty bad, so I found myself sitting there mouthing non-words like "FWwwaaaa... TEeeSSfff... Brrruuu.." :D Great entry, nice work!
Thanks Brent.
Pretty fun and relaxing word game. Might work well on mobile!
Yes, I built the main play area as 9:16 so I could also make a mobile version. It plays well like this, my Note 4 is a bit slow at times, even after converting the letter fonts to BitmapFont from DynamicFont, but the iPhone X is smooth.
Really clever take on the falling block type puzzle game! I like the elegant design of the blocks too!
Thanks James.
