I like the idea! The controls need a lot of refinement but I like the combinations of the orbs for different spells and I appreciate the effort you went to to make the them all look and feel different.

There is a lot here! I think that's the problem, though; the game doesn't have the polish needed to make its ideas shine properly. The underlying mechanics are suited to a much larger game.

You put a lot of work into this!  Unfortunately I found it ran at a very low frame rate on my PC, so I wasn't able to play it very far.

Fantastic jam entry, wow! I am shocked by how many cool spell combo's you got in. I love the levitate/feather, made me think of some old Morrowind!

Ngl, the tree enemies were really creepy for me and I really liked the multiple spells you can do. The only thing I regret is that the framerate is non-existent on my laptop.

The scope of this one is BIG! Detailed characters, lots of power-ups, lots of places to go around, also portals! How can you go wrong with those, those are always awesome. I like how the powers appear on the main character, nice touch. Very cool game.

The windows export is not working, for me at least. The program says it can not be executed if that helps.

Damn! Do you by any chance know if you normally can run other GLES3 projects? Also there is a .dll in the zip file which is needed to load the character model, did you run having that in the same folder? I believe it won’t work by just running directly from inside the zip

Oooooh thanks! Sorry I dont have much experience in that, that's definitely why.

Wow, just an amazing amount of content. Don't know how you do it! :)

I played for quite a while, got over my fear of those tall Groot like monsters, definitely hits the wild card.

I'm currently on the first portal level. I read the instructions (can't get them back up though) and think I needed to do something with the mouse wheel while casting the spell? It would be handy if there was a way to get the instructions back, or even just a spell book (maybe I missed it?).

I'll have to come back and try progress further (looks like there are more crazy things to come), hopefully I've just missed an ah-ha moment to pass that level. But yes, very impressive I have to say, love the glow effects! And implementing portals in 9 days, just crazy! Well done!

Developer

Thanks! You were actually past half at that point already (that was map 4 out of 5). When you hold the left button to cast the portal, there is a one second charge time. During this time, while holding the left button, you can scroll the target distance back and forth, so you control where to place the portal

Mind-blowing mechanism! I can say that the portals are authentic enough that they won't disappoint Valve's Portal's fans : )
