Had a lot of fun playing your game on my stream!
Really interesting idea to degrade the ground where enemies are killed. It adds an interesting layer of strategy over the game when deciding where to kill enemies. It might be cool to add bonuses to the greenest "purified" grass that would make the player want to stand there but using the power would just lead to the surrounding area becoming more cursed and the powers going away.
Best time I got was a 2:41 with 45 kills. The main character sprite is nice too - they spin very well.
Funny little game, enjoyed killing the monsters and levelling up. Neat sounds too.

Interesting VS clone! The music choice is a bit too hardcore for such a cute game, but it's not a big deal. I enjoyed the combat, it was simple and easy to manage. The spawning rate could be higher, though. I found myself having to walk a lot. Good entry, nice work!
I had a lot of fun with this one. I like how you implemented the curse-spreading mechanic - it adds a new meaning to "get off my lawn!" lol. The music track was great too.
This was really cool! I'm wondering if a strategic method of not-killing certain enemies could be implemented (like blocking them up with trees or other land features) so that you can have some kind of control over the curse. But in general: great game!
I've played a load of submissions so far and.... This is hands down for me the best curse mechanic I have come across. I loved it so much. With a more fully realized game, this mechanic could be so freaking awesome! Love how the combat changes the landscape. Love how it's not just about the killing but the consequences. This mechanic has so much juice to give! Well done!
Nice game. My only request would be a short safe zone around the player. I felt like a monster spawned right on top of me when I was collecting a gem.
Hey! Cool game, loved looking at the player rotate around with the various sprites! I wish there was a different state (red glow or something) when you hit enemies just to add the extra feeling that I'm hitting something!! Overall a fun game and I enjoyed the bonus attributes when reaching a certain amount of points!!
