Game Description
This is a simple 'searching' puzzle game where you look for imps hidden in various pictures.

How does your game tie into the theme?
A light is used to search for the imps, with only one part of the picture being visible at a time. The full picture is illuminated at the end.

Relaxing game, got 7/11 paintings completed, the hint button helped me a lot, I like how you blen the imps matching the style of the painting, good job!

Solid entry. Would prefer to either have bigger light or have it upgradable, Maybe some other lights as well like UV ? But that not in the game jam version but maybe in the future.

One thing that was throwing me off was when right click to zoom, the light will jump to the mouse position rather then to stay in place where it was before the click.

Sometimes they were hiding too well :) It was bit harder with lower resolution images.

Enjoyed it regardless. You put a lot of work there, congratulations !

Nice and cozy game. Did enjoy finding these Imps in some of these art pieces. Three nice calming tunes helped as well. Finished up as well, but had to use Hints a few times. These imps were fairly well implanted onto the pics :D.

My most favorite imps to find were in those pieces:
1. Bateman
2. Ivan Bilibin
3. Haeckel

I personally didn't enjoy looking through them on the Van Goth and Arcimboldo pieces. Felt like there was a tad too much detail/colors to find them.

Very nice game! I enjoy puzzles so it was cool to sit back and play, the music fit the game pretty well and overall the graphics were nice. One thing to maybe improve on is giving a slight consequence for clicking and not getting an imp. To stop the player from spam clicking everywhere. The game was very enjoyable, good job!

Ah, the age old classic of the "Where's Waldo" picture book. Testing your artistic skills by blending in a figure to historical paintings.

Unfortunately, I quickly lost my patience with it and randomclicked the whole thing until I was simply no longer interested. The problem is that there's no sense of difficulty progression. You're already playing as hard as you can.

The hint system did its job. Unfortunately, it doesn't actually help me maintain interest, since the next task is simply to "Find the next thing".

I can tell that you're an artist trying to solodev a game. You will benefit greatly if you can find a team to put your artistic skills to work. Come back and try again in January!

Concept is sound.  I didn't like the feeling from the controls.  Too much clicking and zooming in and out I think.  I'm not sure what could be done better RE: that.  Like maybe being able to use the keys to move around and not rely on the mouse placement at the edges of the screen to move the view.

I ended up clicking around the zoomed out picture when I was frustrated.  Maybe let it linger more when finding an imp.  I knew something changed but I didn't know what until it disappeared.  So it would be nice to see a before and after or an after with like silhouettes or circles where the imps were after completing the picture.

Good job on the sound and music.  Very relaxing even though I'm looking for nasty lil imps.
