I liked the art and the hex based grid. The combat was really interesting. I had difficulty telling what was going on and what the different attacks did or why I would pick them, but the idea of targeting different parts of the body was really cool. Nice job!

The tile- and turn-based movement system between battles makes it feel like a board game and looks like a really good system that could be expanded upon. The battle was a bit clunky but the art style was overall very impressive :D

Thanks ! We really took inspiration from D&D movement system but couldn't implement it in any meaningful way ( ex. the assassin should have had the ability to move more tiles and the mage could cast midturn to teleport some tiles away etc.. ), this is a good starting point if we want to explore more arcadish games.

lovely art style! quite ambitious idea, if there was more time I'm sure it would have been a smoother experience. the UX has some flaws like having to click back and forth so many times, but it was an interesting game with interesting visuals!

Yeah we tried to CHEESE in maybe more than what we could chew...
Anyways, NOTED, more work on UI / UX next jam, this isn't the first nor the last time i think we get feedback about it

I really liked the art direction/graphics of this game as well as the background animations during the fight scenes. The overworld grid movement was also really cool and I liked the thematic overall. I would say that the controls were a little difficult for me to get a grasp on. It would be nice when a body part was selected if the action would remember that instead of having to click it every time. Overall, you have a really cool idea here and I would like to see a polished version, congrats!

Developer

That is a really easy fix ( just dont reset it every end of turn LOL ).
The lack of tutorial can be very disorienting I know but I hope that didn't impact much on your overall experience,

Anyways thanks alot for the feedback !

I'm impressed by the amount of different systems you have in this game! And I really like the art; it's impressive. For critiques, I'd say I really struggled in the combat section to know what was triggering when, and if I was even doing any damage. Cool game! Keep developing; you've got talent.

Yeah, that was in our plan, but due to uni lessons and time management issues we had to cut some things that could have otherwise be implemented, thanks for the feedback, we are trying to improve every time

The thumbnail looks cool but the game is restricted and I can't download it :(

Developer

Now should be playable, that was an overlook on our part, sorry
