Really neat game. The combat was very satisfying, and I loved that each of the party members served different roles. Great job!
Cool game! and I can see how this could be expanded upon a lot. The idea of playing as a leech of an adventure party and having to protect yourself, get the loot, and still win the fight/adventure is something I see a lot of potential in! Also the character sprites are gorgeous, reminds me of the board game Root a bit, in the best way possible :D
Great characters and story. Hinting at getting stronger to fight harder enemies really entices you to play more. Well done and good luck!

I looked forward to playing this since i saw you post your sprites on GWJ discord! And I'm so glad I did! I'm a big fan of your art! It was like playing a board game, and the art style reminded me of "Root"!
I loved the humour in the cutscene. I panicked a bit when i spawned into the first level and could only see and interact with slimes. Was going to report it as a bug to you, but then i scrolled out accidentally and voila, the characters were at the edges! From there it was just pure fun.
I have a goldfish memory, so I can't remember the colors of the types on the enemies. Personally i would have liked for the slime type-icons to be constantly visible without having to mouse-over. I got my mage firing at ranged targets a few times. But this is just a minor QOL suggestion.
Fun game! I like the artwork for the characters, the goal and gameplay loop are charming. We did find a bug where some character would show they could move to a square with a wall between them, and if you attempt to place the character there, the character goes off map and is not usable for the rest of the match.
I love the mouse characters! I think the idea if leeching off your group is super unique too while also being very relatable :)
I love how to used the theme ! Simple but effective game !
