Game Description
You are a parasitic worm developed in a lab. Your only goal is to survive, but to do so you must have a host. Kill all the humans in the level to progress.
How does your game tie into the theme?
You are a tapeworm parasite that dies outside of a host. To survive, you must be attached to a host. However, you were bioengineered to kill your hosts fairly quickly.

Cool game, even if the controls are a bit challenging. But nice game jam entry anyway :)
Congrats on your first GWJ! This was a neat project. I liked the small story you told, and the mechanic was quite unique. I think the sound effects were nice too. It was a little punishing. You really couldn't survive long without getting to the next host, but I guess it fits the theme quite well.
fun concept :-) It feels a bit like luck if the worm fires out to the right direction, which makes it a bit upredictable
This was a fun interpretation of the theme and you did a good job of setting a creepy tone. Nice job!
My goodness, that was slightly unsettling. Great game, well made. After finishing the game I got free reign without dying, if intentional would've been fun if you could then eat yourself.
Thanks for playing! That's a cool idea and would totally would fit the storytelling of the game.
The sound effects are great! The white text is a little hard to read with the yellow stuff surrounding the scientist you start out on. The movement takes a little getting used to. I thought it was a good concept for a parasite-themed game, nice job!
really cool concept
This game was really fun. Probably the best use of the theme that we've seen so far. Cool premise and fun to play! The random of the hosts' movement can be a factor in win/lose beyond just "getting good".
