Thanks for the feedback! I updated the game to make it a little easier for the player  to go into the small hallways

Thank you! Yea great point. I missed an opportunity to try to get that bass grooving

Thanks for the feedback! You made some good and helpful points. The submissions that gave me more "bird vibes" had some melodic content to them, usually with woodwind-type stuff - yours is a good example.  I didn't take a melodic approach and I think I got carried away with the note repeat feature on my MPC :)

Awesome song!! My only complaint is that it ends abruptly while I'm head banging :)

Very cool! Reminds me of early Pokemon game battles. Good mix of playfulness and foreboding.

Excellent composition. Catchy and fun. I think I've listened to all the submissions and this one stayed stuck in my head :)

This is so good! Nice contrast in the different sections. Great composition. Solid mix as well, sounds polished. Great work!

Thank you :)

This is really cool :) Great choice of instruments - the tablas are a nice touch.  Nice composition - you keep the piece slow and subdued while adding new elements to build tension to great effect. Great job!

I really dig the drums throughout this one! I like how it goes into the jungle pattern ~1 minute in. I think the chords and piano melody could use a little more variation as they seem to be carried through the whole song and start to feel repetitive by the end of it. There's some good stuff in this though. Congrats on your submission :)

Thanks for the feedback! I hear you with the tricky timing. I  chose the times based on "intended" pathing that, in hindsight, could be more forgiving and not require such precise movement. Sorry about the reset bug - I tried cleaning up those types of bugs in the time leading up to the submission but seems like a few of them are still in there.

This might be my favorite Yuwal submission so far. Nice energy, solid mix. I love the bell but I think keeping it throughout the piece wears it out a little by the end. Still, I think this is really solid!

Nice! At times it reminds me of ff7 chocobo theme with a bit more derp and danger. Good job :)

The accordion and 3/4 really drives that whole French thing :) Also nice job incorporating the pigeon sounds. The section starting in the middle is quite epic. Great work!

Very nice! High energy track with nice tension buildup and release that captures an overwhelming fight. Love your choice of instruments too. Well done!

Lol I really enjoyed this. Nice job :)

Solid game! The sound effects and music are great. It's very satisfying getting multiple matches :)

The windows exe worked for me but I'm not clear on what to do.. I control the guy and I run away from the parasite chasing me on the grid? Not sure where the infect mechanic comes in.  A list of controls would be helpful here. Nice job programming the parasite's chase behavior.

This is a really well-crafted  game. Great job on the music and sounds. The high-pass filter applied to the music on the new card select between rounds is one of many details that gives this game a great feel for me. The card game is fun and a great concept once you get the hang of it.  The tutorial does a good job of explaining how things work.

This is a very strong submission and I hope more people see it. Maybe uploading a browser version will help. Good luck and  congrats on the submission!

The sound effects are great! The white text is a little hard to read with the yellow stuff surrounding the scientist you start out on. The movement takes a little getting used to. I thought it was a good concept for a parasite-themed game, nice job!

I had fun playing once I got used to the UI and the customization. One thing that confused me at first was how to remove upgrades when customizing your worm - you have to scroll to the bottom of the list to select an empty slot which wasn’t obvious to me. Takes a little bit to know what’s going on but it's rewarding once it starts to click. Lots of depth to this game. Good stuff!

The music slaps! It did not get old during my maybe 15-20 mins of play. The beginning of the gameplay track always felt fresh. Great game overall!

Your game looks really neat and I want to play through it but the camera is getting stuck in the area where the screen shake happens near the beginning. Not sure if this issue is specific to me.

Thank you! Yes you were very  close to the end :) The bug you are describing is something I noticed after the submission. The button fires a projectile that is hitting one of the scientists and it inadvertently kills you.  My intent was to require the first 3 scientists to be controlled but I don't think that's clear because of the amount of time you start out with (3 sec). I don't want to spoil too much but the first time buff would need to be saved to be able to make it to the exit.

Looks cool! I didn't notice I was taking damage so some kind of sound/animation/whatever when you get hit would be nice.

I like the concept of the game and it would be nice to see this idea expanded. Some kind of visual/audio indicator that you've collected a parasite would go a long way. My gameplay amounted to spamming E hoping things would happen and not being sure what to do.

Thanks for your feedback! I agree the puzzles could be tuned better. I don't know if they are all solvable without diagonal movement.

Thank you! :)

I enjoyed playing this one. Something caused my towers to stop shooting mid-wave (I think upgrading towers?) Still, fun game and congrats on your submission :)

Had fun playing this one! I thought you were able to get a lot out of the simple sprites you were using and had some cool effects. Very clean. Nice job! :)

Game looks cute! But I'm struggling to finish the first room because the spikes move too fast/colliders are too big making for very small margin of error.
