The mechanics are well-made but it definitely benefits from more polish. The day and night cycle is also a bit too quick in my opinion.

Fun - There is a good bit of challenge with the game when it comes to tower placement. The inability to replay from within the game definitely takes me out of the flow zone!

Controls - Controls were self-explanatory. It felt a little weird not knowing how to collect things and only realizing it with the tiny blips shooting towards the player. It felt a little unfair without knowing how large the aggro radius was for the aliens and then also being immediately jumped without much of an ability to respond.

Graphics - The opening cutscene was a very nice touch, as well as the death cutscene/ship explosion.

Audio - The audio is good and not too overpowering during normal play. Once you get to a certain point, however, and towers keep blowing up the audio cuts and loops quite a bit.

Accessibility - It's easy to see what the controls are, but it would be helpful to know at the start how to fill the ship. I ran to it at one point to see what was north of it and stumbled into the ship, only realizing I was giving it something with the sound effects.

Originality - Fairly original take on the theme! I enjoyed the tower defense parts aside from dying without knowing how close the aggro range was.

Overall, good job! Game was pretty fun and the cut scenes were a nice little bonus!

I appreciate the cutscene at the beginning of the ship flying in. You don't often see that in jams and it's a nice touch :) And I got to see it a lot thanks to the hardcore wildcard and me not realizing you need to take the resources back to the forge to make turrets. It's a neat concept that I can definitely see the potential of. I'm not sure I've played a tower defense where the player has to gather the resources and take them back home before.  I felt a lot like a worker in Age of Empires, which was a cool new perspective to have.

The idea is cool, but it took me sometime to get how to build (even after reading everything)

Very nice concept, though it puzzles me how to restart after the player or the forge ‘dies’. That took me out of my flow.

It's so hardcore you have to refresh your browser. Sucks that I didn't add any restart functionality in the game. lol
