Great game! I really liked the smoothness of the controls and the game flow in general. The best part is music though, and how it intertwines with the game - it was very atmospheric.
I like the ability to select bosses in whatever order, Megaman 2 style, very nice! The bosses and player abilities were well thought out, and I really like the interpretation of the theme.
I liked the amount of variety you were able to pack into the game. It may only be four bosses but each one genuinely felt unique in meaningful ways, and the abilities from each boss were fun to play with. I only wish we got a climactic final boss at the end, but there's always time for more in the future. Great work!
Fun, jam-sized game. The character was just a tiny bit too quick but otherwise everything with the controls was working really well. As a gamer, I like getting powerups and using them to defeat enemies, and this game tapped into that for me. Overall great work, congrats on the submission!
I beat the entire game and had a lot of fun! I enjoyed unlocking the abilities and playing with the emotions as mechanics. Very well done! A great, small experience that's definitely worth playing!
Nicely done! I love the art and sfx and the UI displays text very cleanly. I wish the game was longer so I would have more time to use the fun abilities! They are all so unique and interesting to change your playstyle :)
