wasn't able to start working on it until 1pm Sunday, lol

love the comment and love that you enjoyed the game. thanks for posting and thank you for playing!

Worth the play just for the cat art

super fun and addicting. awesome job! love the clever title

Buttons were not working for me. I was trying to click 'roll dice, etc...' on the bottom left menu. Is there another place to click?

the art in this looks great and it's a fun game concept. not sure why you thought you did a bad job, it's very nice. congrats on the submission!

so good. a lot of people have already talked about how funny the writing is, but the best part for me was having such a great variety of different quest lines available. very clever idea and really well executed, congrats!

SFX were making me crack up, lol. I'd say cut down the initial reload time and have the ghost start with more hp. It's more satisfying to be able to use your weapon more often. I also felt like there was not a lot of counterplay for the teleporting ghosts (could be a skill issue)

the last puzzle got the brain beans jumping. i thought it was hilarious that the tadpoles gained a shiv graphic when they were celled up with the frog

art looks awesome. very heavy Limbo vibes

the background track you picked is so good for the atmosphere of the game. I love the sound in this

Game crashes during load:

'Error: Couldn't load project data at path ".". Is the .pck file missing?

If you've renamed the executable, the associated .pck file should also be renamed to match the executable's name (without the extension)'

Game is just a black screen for me

i like your drawings, the final form of the creature was cute. did you use a tilemap for this? the whole map needed to be painted with some type of simple texture, just so the player has a sense of how fast they're moving through those long hallways

love this one. great concept for a roguelike. very fun to combine the dice, and you naturally want to see all the different dice types. the UI is excellent too, and helps the feel of the game a lot (balatro player?). the hover menu into hover menu when looking at the die sides is good design. awesome job dude. grats on the submission!

this melted my brain lol. very original gameplay and the artwork is cute. I may have to try this again with a controller - it seems like that might be better than on the keyboard. nice work!

Leaving the shots behind and having the grid in the background are great QoL features for playing. nice job!

oh shit lol. that sounds awesome. thank you for letting me know

Got to 20 before I had to tap out. Super original and fun to play. A couple parts scared the shit out of me lol. I was throwing shields at like every hedge for a while. Great job, one of the best I've seen

I liked the 'jump to push' mechanic. It was really satisfying to use in that one level where you have to push the door past the boxes

Definitely the trippiest and most interesting variation on this idea that I've seen this jam. I think having multiple different reflecting surfaces helps open up the puzzle design possibilities a lot. Nicely implmented, and excepting a couple hitbox issues was smooth to play from start to finish. Liked the art as well. Well done! Congrats on the submission

Fun game! I had never seen the original so it was nice to try it out here. The mirror mechanic is a nice addition as its fun to use it to get out of danger. Felt like the game had a well-balanced challenge. Overall, really fun, well done - congrats!

As others have said, very polished, very nice looking game with an original concept. Nice work! Congrats on the submission

Super cool concept  - creative take on the survivorslike formula. I found it interesting that increase and decrease paddle size were both upgrades lol. I kind of had the opposite experience of the other posters, where it felt like it was generally difficult to have impact as you're kind of hoping that the ball just gets close to your paddle. I was really into it while playing though - awesome job. Congrats on the submission!

Cool concept, nice graphics - the puzzle design was very good too. The light cast animation and sounds were perfect. I loved the reflex level at the end! Awesome work, congrats on the submission!

Love the art style in this game, the graphics look great! The parallax effect is really nice for helping add the feeling of 'motion'. This guy's vertical is insane. I stopped after getting killed by the grim reaper - I think the difficulty scaling could be just a little faster. Overall this was a solid concept and execution, well done!

Could usually get up to 30 before I started getting overrun. When there's a big cluster of them together, it's SUPER hard to tell them apart. Loved the idea and the implementation, this one was super fun to play. Awesome job! Congrats on the submission

dude... this was impossible for me. lol. It was super fun to try it though. I also liked the sprites, the entire game does a lot with a little. Nice work! Congrats on the submission.

It was satisfying to move the character around and shoot enemies, and it's a cool demo and the start of a good game. The window size is too small and is the first thing that should change. Otherwise - it's the seeds of a nice gungeon-like that you can grow further. Congrats on the submission!

Wayy too difficult for me - but it was satisfying to finally kill the Minotaur. Feels super fun to deflect all the shots from that spiral move back at him (similar to Hades). Had to give up at the next boss, but enjoyed playing. Nice work! Congrats on the submission

oh, lol - I thought you were just supposed to try and walk across at first

Great stuff - particularly the art. I enjoyed the theme and all of the graphics were very nice to look at. The song you picked fits it very well too. One of the best I've seen so far - awesome job! I appreciate that you added the option to change key bindings in the settings, lol

Awesome concept and it looks fantastic. I really enjoyed switching between the bots and using all their abilities. For me, the game moved a little too slowly and there was not much challenge. I could not figure out what the bar at the bottom was. But I do love this concept, and it seems like it could be extended pretty easily into a great full game. Great work! Congrats on the submission.

It's pretty fascinating. I'd love to play a finished version. Very creative, I like games like this that get a little more philosophical. Great work, congrats on the submission!

Nope, see above. Glad to hear you could get into it!

Thanks for the comment!

> Is it endless?

Nope! A run ends after three minutes

Very nice! The environments look good and I liked solving the puzzles. For some reason, the alternate-reality mirror puzzles are always satisfying to do. It's interesting how the second puzzle involves a bit of a red herring. Great job, congrats on the submission!

Fun, jam-sized game. The character was just a tiny bit too quick but otherwise everything with the controls was working really well. As a gamer, I like getting powerups and using them to defeat enemies, and this game tapped into that for me. Overall great work, congrats on the submission!

A really original idea that I was really interested by. If I hit a deer though, I'm going to have to pull off to the side of the road one way or the other. I also don't know if I would be able to single-handedly pull it off the road either. A full grown deer is like 200 pounds. Actually, that doesn't sound like that much. I suppose I'd be able to do it. Anyway, my point is, great work! Congrats on the submission
