I really wish it didn't just start. But it also just ends and so that means I don't have to play a FNAF clone. It's almost unfair for me to rate this, I am deeply biased against it, you don't understand how much I despise FNAF. I'm so sorry, you probably really like it since you made the clone but it's just... ugh...
I can't really tell if anything works?
Nothing bad happened when I played. Nothing jumped out of the wall to eat my frontal lobe. No sound played.
So I commend you for submitting it even though it wasn't finished! It's still good experience for next time.
Don't make me play FNAF again.
Haha! Well the game is not for everyone, I appreciate the honesty and the feedback. I do notice on everyone's feedback that it's missing information given to the player so I will take that into account next time!
Currently its a bit confusing right now, and I'm not sure that I was doing it right since I just keep getting win screens without actually knowing what I did right.
For now the game is a bit too barebones so I would suggest for the next one is focus on the core mechanic of your game, implement it and make it the center of your game showcase!
Thanks for the feedback! For now it remains just a prototype so it's not really 'fun' but I will take in your feedback for the future!
I really like the visuals, but not sure what I am doing beyond that. Tried 4 times and even left the game untouched for the last game and still managed to win. Though, I have not actually played FNAF before, so there may be things I am missing.
Pretty cool for what's submitted to the jam, but definitely needs more gameplay elements. Thanks!
Appreciate the feedback!
The game looks good but needs some work.
I think the instructions are not clear. Is the player supposed to change the stream on the screen to the talent that's about to enter the room?
Also is there no sound? That's a big part to provide the ambience in scary games. Just adding a humming noise loop would make it creepy.
I only had Bae come in the game after playing a couple of times. Are there other talents in the game?
Hopefully you can expand the game after the jam to make it spookier! Thanks for playing the game! Yeah, it sorts of fall off when it comes to the sounds since I'm not sure how I should approach it. Anyhow, yes I do plan to add the following animatronics after the game jam.
This game has cool ambience but the lack of sound makes it significantly less scary. I spent a lot of time figuring out the controls and tabbing out on accident and I still won, but I guess for a first night demo that's fine.
Thank you for playing the game! I appreciate the feedback.
Like the Idea but since it's a prototype I guess there's nothing you can really do in its current state? At least I could literally just sit there afk and still win the first night. I mean it was similiar in fnaf too for the first night since barely anything is happening so I guess it's fine. I would have wished for some ambience noises or some sound effects if you pull up the cameras or so.
Thanks for playing the prototype! You're absolutely right on the audio department, literally having no sounds at all, but I appreciate the feedback with gameplay and ambience!
