Sweep Sweep Sweep! Interesting twist of minesweeper concept! Not a minesweeper expert so took me quite a lot of brute forcing but I think its has good level of puzzle, also like how the level regenerate with new mine position as well! Just a tad bit awkward to pull a diagonal move thought, but overall, cwute art and cool game!
Despite the simplicity of the game graphic, the interaction and usage of corruption is *chef kiss* Sublime!!! I can see this being turned to a full game with more interesting puzzles ideas as the game progresses! For me, the game looks does not bother me as much as it bring nostalgia to the bowser flash game era, so up to you to up the looks of the game or not. A minor comment for me as, some of the level could use some rearrange with some level previous level feel a bit harder than the next one.
Overall, this game is freaking amazing!
IMA FIRING MA LAZER BRAAGGH!!! love the precure aesthetic and you turning corrupted yourself as you take more damage, an interesting risk vs reward indeed! I also agrees with the other that the control for Biboo is quite float and not precise making it quite hard to dodge bullets at times. Another nit picking that I have is the charging enemy going off screen can slow the game down/annoy me just a little but that's only a minor issue.
Aside from that, charming spirts and fun gameplay despite the current issues, thank you for the game!
Nice shoot them up game! Embarrassingly took me a while to realized that you don't get hit by the bullet with the same color as you, could be important to mention in the tutorial. Another thing is I do find myself dodge the color shrimp rather than shooting them because it just spawn more bullet so maybe an incentives could do good like a point system.
That being said, fun game!
Scrub Thy Trident! The sprite work and the animation are fantastic!!! Not to mention the gameplay fun even sometimes a bit slippery (maybe that does add the feel of water to it, lol) seeing her go fast is just entertaining!
Overall, this is amazing! I did found a little bug where the music doesn't play when I retry at the boss but still, an Amazing game!
This is a cool idea for a puzzle game! Really like the aesthetic of 'flipping' between form! My little nit pick is maybe if there's a way to preview what the other side is before committing could be nice. And some extra sfx for switching, a warning to how many switches is left would give the game a nice touch. Still, a great game indeed!
I never thought I want see a Gura majestic flip out of the water until today! This game got quite an interesting idea for corruption! I do suggest that the enemy would do something aside from just being there, maybe they could spawn more corruption slime, or they posses a threat to you in a way. But still, a cool idea of a game!
Ah I can see myself just looking at the cute little saplings roaming around for hours! This has quite the cute and soothing vibe (like Fauna)! Here a few of suggestion:
- Maybe make the vending machine different, right now they seems to be the same
- Maybe some interaction with the saplings, or the game more, I agreed with Alphros there of maybe hovering to the drop coins to pick it up
- Some way to expense excess coins, maybe some decoration you could buy, if you planned to expand on the game
Over all, very nice and relaxing game!
A very cool visual, I like how creepy it feels as you roam the office. Wish there is some sort of transition between floor other than just the numbers, took me a bit to realized that I was on a new floor. As for me, the anomaly becoming part of the normal does confuses me a bit, but aside from that, Cool game!
Well lets get my criticism out of the way:
- The hitbox of the object are smaller than it should, causing the experience to not feel so smooth
- The soft-locking is also a major problem but I do notice that you already plan to solve it in the page
- I feel like there should be something that diverge from Paper Please gameplay-wise
That being said, making a game as good looking as the original artist post and as close to faithful to Paper Please within just 2 weeks is impressive! I feel like after the Jam ended and you guys put some time ironing out the issues this would be amazing fan game! Amazing work for presenting this game to the Jam!
AAAA!! Quite a challenging platformer game indeed, although I had quite the problem with how the attack-dashing work, it feels like it sometimes throw me to the place I don't want at times. And I feel like this game could benefitted with the tutorial on how the ability work, took me awhile to get that I could dash into different direction other than forward.
That being said, Good rage game, would get screams by Gura again!
Kon kon! Very nice fast pace platformer action game! Love the cutwe sprite for the character and the enemy and an interesting idea that you get more buff the more fan you saved! If I had to comment on something, its probably the background and foreground can be confusing and blend together sometimes. That being said, nice game with responsive movements, good job!
Its surprising to see a rhythm game entry! Personally I think this game could use some more of those audio feedback when you hit the note and some rearranging of the UI and sprite elements, like the "Miss, Good, Perfect" should be in the middle and the total score should be to the top right/left side.
That being said, thank you for the game!
My pearl! This is amazing! Look the feel of you zoop around with Gigi punch! Kinda reminded me of Neon White, could see this develop into a full game. Some minor nit picking is the camera seems to be a bit wonky at times (maybe that I'm playing on the web browser version?) and the enemy bullet tracking somehow oddly kind of predict where I'm going somethings.
Other than that, radical game!
Truely being Mane-chan is hard work! I like the cute art style this game has and the mini-game that features as her activity it make me wish for more type for each one! My nit pick is I thought time is stuck at Day 1 one its actually progresses, I just didn't realized it until I lose the game, so I think it would be nice if there's somekind of time indicator.
That being said, cute and smol game!
Tax time! I love the action pack shooter game, kinda like Hotline Miami or Enter the Gungeon! A bit sad that there's lack of sfx for the gun and some background music though, if there's that it would definitely add to the gun feel!
I think with a bit more work, this game could feel even better, for now, nice job!
A neat relaxing medicine making game! Although, the medicine instruction are a bit vague for me, like recipe that require chopping or crushing but at 1st I didn't know that I had to put them into the machine after that. That being said, I love the illness you made, its quite fantastically unique, Great job!
This is a nice retro-style of game that I didn't get to experience much, but it sure surprises me with the option you can do for combat! Also, funny thing, the SFX sure spooked me on how realistic it was hahah! Although, the game felt kind of quiet for me so maybe some more Retro-ish sound could add to the experience too!
Beside that, fun addicting game!
Its Taxing Time! An interesting idea of switching mode between range and melee gameplay! My only nitpick is maybe the melee could be a bit longer. The boss fight is fun, seeing the clock lady zooping around does feel like she's using her time ability, like DIO !
A short but fun demo experience, would like to see more if you plan to update it!
That darn archivist, I'm going to catch her!! Joking aside, a pleasant action platforming game with quite the charming art style, I love it!
If I have to suggest something I think the game could use a bit more of distinction between the platform and the background, the aura is a good start! just need to be more clear!
Also, an addition of a platform that can jump through from below would be nice!
Overall, a very neat game!
Dancing till the break of dawn! Gura giving tranquility! A funny game with references but I think the timing for the enemy attacks are too fast for players to react and the draining of tranquility is a tad bit too fast too. I think if this game could slow down a tad bit, it would make for better experience.
Stab stab stab! A cute arcade-like game! Simple and short experience!
The demo boss fight is also interesting that you have to uncorrupt fellow takos and send them back to the boss, a fun mechanic while simple controls the player has!
If there are some effect and sounds this would definitely improve the experience!
Currently its a bit confusing right now, and I'm not sure that I was doing it right since I just keep getting win screens without actually knowing what I did right.
For now the game is a bit too barebones so I would suggest for the next one is focus on the core mechanic of your game, implement it and make it the center of your game showcase!
