Oh wow! This game was so much fun to play! I really enjoyed solving the puzzles and loved the one where it said ‘I lied there was none’ was really funny!

Spoiler for the game!

When I got to the last bit with the letters. I was very stuck and kept wondering what the word was XD I thought maybe AWSD but in some format, but it didn’t make sense. I found out about the ghost eventually and stared thinking ‘Is this morse code’? Im pretty sure I thought that. I kept wondering with the part it said I might need a mouse….I was like A REAL MOUSE? CHEESE? AAAH or the computer mouse!? what word can that be connected to..

Then I paused the game, but I was determined to finish this game. I found out the spoiler here and was like wow! it is morse code…something I never learned but heard a lot about. Decided to look up a small picture of morse code and quickly caught on figuring out the first letter H and then E and then it clicked XD HELP. VERY CLEVER since people were NEEDING help with that one hdbhbffb. I enjoyed this game a lot and its very clever funny ways of solving puzzles and welp NOW I KNOW MORSE CODE! Not by heart but I know a little more about it but even then, I watched shows with them tapping their fingers so I had some previous knowledge, just will never learn the letters by heart hehh.

Had a good amount of fun playing. Reminded me of some of the old lost vikings gameplay.

I think you called out one bug in my game and you might have a similar one in yours! :)

Squished the Necromancer with boxes and when I went out of possession mode I was stuck in a falling motion. I think this might be tied to using things in Godot's animation player and if you're triggering stuff from that (from at least my experience). Or maybe not allowed to do stuff if not on the ground?

Bug aside, still had fun!

Thanks a lot for trying the game, and for the honest feedback! I will look into the bug, thanks so much for letting me know!

Nice game, the puzzles were well designed and made me feel clever and the writing was funny.  I was confused about the last puzzle, then I saw it was in morse code, I do not understand morse code, so I could not beat it.

if you want to keep working on the game after the jam, I will recommend making the art style more consistent, maybe use only one asset pack or try on your own, right now the style of the different assets clashes and looks a little weird.

I enjoyed playing the game, good job!

The music and sound effects are great. Using the ghost to posses crates was fun too! Good job

Very nice puzzle. Some AhAh moment in there made it a lot fun to play. Nice graphics! It was a bit weird that you had to jump to step onto the button, at first I though that getting over it was the puzzle.

Was fun till the light puzzle

I love the little ghost and the mechanics of him being able to possess things cX

Great game. Solid mechanics. Excellent game play.

I did find the morse code puzzle a little much. After trying letters = numbers I realized it must be morse code, but I didn't want to leave the game to look it up so I just stopped there.

Otherwise, all the other levels were lovely little puzzles, and again, the summoning a ghost mechanic was great, and the sense of humour in the game was just right.

Nice work.

Puzzle games are great, and some of your puzzles made me feel really smart. The lever one was actually really cleaver, and i felt so good after figuring out it! However, i got stuck on the light password puzzle and couldn't figure it out :'). Great game!

Developer(+1)

Glad you enjoyed it, Thanks so much for trying it out.

Regarding the Light password puzzle:

Spoiler Each lamp you posses with the ghost will flicker to give a letter in morse code (I know this seems odd but I really ran out of ideas at that point), Unfortunately this is the last level I added in the game ,but I may further update it in a future jam.

I felt really smart until "I lied, there wasn't" haha

Really really great job. You clearly understand how to design a game well, and especially appreciate the tutorial flow you have to ease the player into the game. Appreciated, the loading screen, the cute little ghost and wizard dynamic and the humor. Even though I got stuck on the letter level, probably one of my favorite submissions so far :)
