This was a sweet entry, like a cold glass of something nice on a hot day, just about right. I used the controller support and it played like a dream. Keeping it simple was a good idea and the level design had enough challenges to make it all enjoyable. Great work

Thank you! I was thinking that its a bit too easy... I have a few more enemy types that I want to add in to spice things up a bit, but now a bit concerned that i'll make it too hard!
Extra enemy types would be great - I'm also pretty bad at platformers so maybe not the best focus group haha
Fun game, odd controls, and funny sound design
Thanks for playing! Could you elaborate on what you found odd about the controls, and why you found the sound design funny? I assume you played with a keyboard instead of a controller? Which keys would you have preferred to use?
sound desing was funny (because when you jump it makes a sound that i would not have expected), controls are odd cuz i never saw a shootin button like the DOT " . ", overall great game tho
Hehe - I couldn't work out a better shoot button! Most games give you the controls to jump OR shoot, but not often both so I couldn't find a standard option!
