Jumping beans was a good thought to follow! I appreciate the good simple and quick to grasp nature of the gameplay. The beans could have moved a little slower but that may just be my age showing :D

Fun and chaotic little game! I can't help but feel like there's a winning strategy here, but I couldn't figure it out. My best score was 26.

I agree with some of the other comments that the pot could be a little quicker to enable keeping up with the Frijoles. If you don't want to make the default speed faster, maybe a faster mode, or hold a button to speed up?

I don't know beans about Frijoles, but I was able to catch 27 of them.  I think being able to control the pot with a mouse would be a useful addition for me.  A fun 20 seconds, loved the sound fx.

I loved how FAST the Frijoles were flung out of the screen, the chaos was great fun :D Managed to get 29 after a few attempts (and then a 6 lol). I really appreciated the sound of the hit and when moving the pot the scuffle, it made the game feel responsive. Great job!

Thanks, I made all the sounds with Audacity so I'm happy they were noticed!

I scored 19, and then kept matching or lowering that score every time, so I don't think I am very good at catching random showers of bouncing things. There are a lot of bouncing things, so definitely on the jam topic there!

The game is pretty funny, I love how they just are tossing a bunch at you while you are trying to catch them with such a small pot. It made me laugh imagining what sort of cooks would be doing this method of adding it to the pot.

I do wish the game explained what a Frijoles a la charra is on the summary screen. You did make me look it up though, so the game was educational (and sounds delicious)! :)

My high score was 31.  I'd like to see how many beans I caught on each run: after I got my high score it was hard to figure out if I was making progress or not trying to beat it again.  I think I'd like to see the basket/bucket move just a little quicker.

I love to put food stuff in my games, so catching beans is a great idea. :)  Fun game!

I too had to look up Frijoles :) Good effort, and this could also have been an entry to the 20 Second Game Jam.

I scored higher without moving than I did when I was actively trying to catch the Frijoles. That makes me wonder if something could be done to make their trajectory clearer. Maybe they just need to be slowed down a little to give you time to react?

Fun game, I had to look up what a Frijole was LOL. learn something new everyday anyway cool game my top score was 25 the first time then tried to do better and did worse so apparently I am better at it if I just close my eyes. Thanks for the Submission.

Have a wonderful day!

Thanks for playing it! I originally wanted to flesh it out more and give it a edu-tainment value for players to learn more about Mexican cuisine. I thought of the idea for this while visiting relatives in Mexico.

If I find the time and effort for it I'll try to refine it more :D Thanks again!
